Ordered a cosy napper for my daughter for Christmas, arrived with a broken zip. Have tried to contact the company on numerous occasions, no answer via email, I see they also changed their email address after I had initially tried to contact them. Tried the new email address, still no reply. Phone number on the website does not work, no reply via instagram. Avoid this company at all costs!

Took to long to arrive. It was meant to be a Christmas present. Couldn't contact cosy nappers in any way shape or form. Still can't. When the goods arrived they are faulty.

"I did receive my sleeping bag but it is faulty!"
I did receive my sleeping bag but it was very delayed as stuck in customs. However the sleeping bag is faulty so I have been trying to contact the company for an exchange or advice on what to do. I have lost count of the emails and voice messages I have left and have had no response. I am very disappointed and my niece is extremely upset as she still hasn’t got her new sleeping bag

They took forever to reply to emails l cancelled the order and asked for a refund 3 times as the parcel was a Xmas present and Xmas came and went they have sent me the item and now stuck with it as no return label was with it bad communication not be using these again ?

Dreadful , ordered 4 wks b4 Christmas just received it last week and was wrong size I ordered . I don’t wish to keep it but trying to do this is impossible

Did not arrive when it was supposed to and no way of communicating with company to see where it was. The website even disappeared at one point and I actually thought I had been scammed. I ordered at the beginning of November for Christmas and ended up having to order a similar product from elsewhere (happy nappers on Amazon, fantastic service from them!) so ended up paying double. Very disappointed in cosy nappers especially their communication skills. I will not be buying from there again or advising anyone else to

I feel there is a similar pattern here. I ordered the shark sleeping bad in good time for Christmas. I then received an email stating my item was stuck in customs. I was given a number of options as a replacement but didn't want a replacement, I wanted a refund. A parcel then arrived within a week and it had a pink unicorn sleeping bad in it!? I’ve sent multiple emails asking how to return the unwanted product and how to get a refund....nothing now for 3 weeks!

I didn’t want to give this company one star. I ordered a sleeping bag and pillow, but not what expected so returned it. After a month I realised I wasn’t going to get a refund so contacted my credit card, who have sorted it out for me. This company should not be allowed to trade.

"AVOID. TERRIBLE"
Terrible company. Wouldn’t even give them one star!.. Ordered 2 sleeping bags on the 04/11/2023, in time for Xmas, received nothing still! Had to amend my order because apparently the ones I picked are out of stock, so I compromised and chose ones they said were in stock, still nothing! Received an email today saying they are being delivered, tracking number is non existent! Absolutely horrible company to order from. Kids missed out at Xmas ! AVOID AVOID AVOID
