"Awful"

I've had the same experience as many here. Ordered two of these late November in time for Christmas but have not received the items. I have not being able to contact them etc etc. Can anyone let me know how to contact them or what has been the result if you had? The number I have for them is not in use.

"Useless"

I ordered two cosy nappers on the 14th of November last for my kids for Christmas and still haven't received them. It is now the 8th of January. I've tried contacting them several times for a refund but nothing back. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get contact with this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND

"Do NOT waste your time!"

I ordered the shark on the 25th November - enough time for Christmas. It still hadn’t arrived the week before Xmas and multiple chasers. I honestly thought I’d been scammed and even called my bank. I then got an email saying the shark was stuck in customs and to chose an alternative so I chose the tiger. Then I randomly got a call to ask me the same thing as the email and was promised it would arrive before Christmas - it’s now the 4th Jan and still nothing!! I’ve emailed for a refund. Nothing. I’ve emailed again but not sure what else to do as they’ve taken down the contact number off their site (didn’t work anyway). I guess I have to report it as fraud as they took the money back in November and it’s now January with no product?!

"Ordered the shark in good time for…"

Ordered the shark in good time for Christmas, after I sent several emails I was told it was stuck in customs, so I ordered the tiger as an alternative option. This parcel arrived quite quickly and I wrapped it up for my 5 yr old grandson ( without opening the package) . When he opened on Christmas Day it was a pink unicorn, resulting in tears from my Grandson. I’ve sent two emails about this and have heard nothing back yet ! Very unhappy with the service .

"Not a scam"

Not a scam, but terrible at keeping customers up to date so eventually, we all feel we are being scammed….

Made an order, waited four weeks with several chasers ignored. Then out of the blue an email explaining the shipment is delayed in customs (from China) and can either wait it out, take an alternative product or have a refund. I opted for a refund and I got my money back quickly then.

If they kept us all informed then we would not jump to the obvious conclusion….

"DO NOT BUY FROM."

DO NOT BUY FROM.
They happily took £85 for an order I placed on Dec 1st.
I have not received or heard anything from them since.
I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions to no avail.
I have now contacted my bank to get my money back.
Not a happy person.

Don’t buy from this company they are awful. They take your money and mess you around. I had no other choice but to involve my credit card company to refund me and pursue them.

Update on previous negative review!
After 2 emails saying goods would be delivered and free gift included I asked for a refund and today my money was refunded!
I would not use them again but feel it’s only fair to say I did get my money back!

"NOT a SCAM, but..."

I can't give more than a 2* review, because the customer service was pretty awful! I can understand why some people think it is a scam, but it is not. Like many others I placed an oder well in time for Chrismas, based on free next day delivery, then heard nothing for about a week. No replies to emails and phone going straight to answering machine, or not connecting. Finally received an email advising of a shipment being stuck in customs, offering an alternative product and discount if accepted. I took the offer, and again heard nothing for a few days and started thinking scam, but then I got a shipping notification with a tracking link (which actually worked!), and three days later received my order.
All good in the end, but very, very stressful.
BE PATIENT AND YOU SHOULD GET YOUR ORDER!
