Debbie, the trainer made the experience interesting. Otherwise I may have fallen asleep due to the length of the sessions

"Total disregard of process, procedures and truth"

I was a very active member of my local group for many years and was shocked when IAM Roadsmart revoked my membership. They were advised I was involved in producing a website which they claim bullied the chair of my group, and they immediately revoked my membership. They did not investigate this matter, find witnesses, or attempt to verify the truth of the information which was based solely on the word of one person. They found me guilty without adhering to their governing document, or following any of their internal procedures. Their own external reviewer confirmed this, and actually accused IAM of an internal cover-up to protect the staff involved in the process. I have persistently requested full details of the evidence they used to justify their guilty verdict, but they continually refuse to provide this information. They state they have satisfied the appropriate regulator regarding the way they have dealt with the matter. However, they refuse to inform me of the name of that authority in order for me to check their assertion.
