I attended a drive driving course. Very knowledgeable and so much I have learnt from this, I would encourage anyone who would like information to attend one of these. Emma was amazing a big thank you.

"A disgrace"

Awarding even one star to IAMRoadsmart in this review is more than they deserve. My experience runs parallel to those which triggered other one-star reviews posted recently by LR and Sandra Fielden.

I was expelled from IAMRoadsmart within 48 hours of my first becoming aware of a mock website which IAMRoadsmart took exception to and, with no evidence at all, presumed me to have been complicit in its creation. IAMRoadsmart have allowed themselves to be manipulated by accepting the untruthful words of an ex-group chairman, now employed by IAMRoadsmart as an examiner, who has used them to settle a minor and unrelated difference of opinion. Having failed to carry out the ‘fair and thorough investigation’ which was promised at the time of my expulsion they have now spent 2 years attempting to cover up their mistakes and omissions by withholding information and refusing to cooperate with my attempts to achieve a just outcome. Having read the feedback below I understand their regret which must be substantial given the time and money they have wasted by getting it wrong in the first place but regret without action to put things right or prevent them from reoccuring does nothing to improve my view of IAMRoadsmart.
