Due to misunderstandings with 3phone, CRS did what they were asked to do but 3phone were remiss in their investigations and take into consideration the stolen ID of my private details of the real culprit but thankfully CRS has done their part in this unfortunate situation

I have just had a letter from CRS saying BT have contacted them I owe £266 from last year
EE joined BT last year and sent out a broadband kit at over 3 times the price of BTs current broadband
I told both both I did not want it and sent it back
Then the bills started
I asked both to sent any contract that I have signed I asked under my Cival and human rights within 28 days by email or letter
Nothing ever came
That bill was dated balance at 23/09/24
Yet I heard nothing until February 2025 saying send back the hub
The hub was sent back and I have the receipt from the PO
Now if I did have a contact why have I not had a bill only this one last November
Surely if I did have a contract ,
Why have I not received any bills up to February 2025
In your letter it states
Your satisfaction is our priority and commited to finding the right path forward
Pay £226.36 to settle your overdue account today
I could go on and on about the unanswered legal questions I have asked but they fail just demand I pay.
My satisfaction is my priority and my health ,
I am diabetic and on insulin and poor health
I have paid most of my bills by direct debit
Never any problems until now
I want my Cival and Human Rights when I ask BT to supply them ,not pass on information that may break my human rights
The only course seems to be action in the small claims court

Well it appeared that I owed a company money, despite several phone calls they called in CRS. I explained that I would not pay the bill unless itemised. CRS sorted this out and I am now waiting for the system to return to normal. Got a problem call CRS helpful and knowledgeable
