Our other 5 windows and back sliding doors were fitted efficiently over 2 days by Liam and Dan! This is the first time we have used First and all installers were clean and the windows look amazing!

We have a slight issue with one of our main bedroom windows but I was made aware and first now re-ordering another window to be fitted soon and I do not need to pay until it is rectified!
Excellent customer service and clean efficient fitters!

This is the second time we have used this company. Last time it was for new windows this time it was for the barge bards and soffits. Colin and Tony were polite and efficient and worked well together as a team. They were more than happy to answer any questions we had during the two days they were here. They did an excellent job and cleared up each day they were here. We are delighted with the result. We would be happy to recommend this company.

Really pleased with our new windows and back door. They look lovely and have eliminated draughts and noise - living on a bus route this is great. Ben and John fitted them and they were efficient, very polite and friendly explaining the process along the way which really helped. Any mess/dust was quickly cleaned up very efficiently. Windows are a massive investment but our experience with the whole company and fitters was a positive one

This is the 2nd property where I've used the product & services of First Home Improvements.
The fitters are efficient, organised, quick and considerate, Remarkably little mess, which is cleaned up as they proceed.
One of the window panes arrived cracked, but this was replaced a week later.
I am very happy with the quality of the windows and the fitting and would recommend them to anyone.

The sales patter for the windows was very good. Hooked when they said they recycled all of your old windows. This was not the case.
The fitters gave them to the local scrap collectors. The windows were just scrapped.
Very disappointed as this was a real buying point for us.
The windows and doors that have been fitted are excellent and we could not ask for better.
The fitters were very efficient and the job was done in a couple of days.
