Ordered months ago, never received my order.

I ordered some clothes from them. Spent quite a bit. The styles were cute, but the fit was very strange. Don't know what size person they would fit--they were not proportioned correctly. Returned them (at my own postage expense). Never heard a word back--NO REFUND. Will never buy from them again. Save your hard earned money and buy from someone else!

I love their clothes, affordable and nice quality. They are not high end but as well made as Reitmans or Cleo. Being a plus sized person it is so nice to get cute dress in my size and 50's styles are a plus sized girls best friend. The reason I gave it a 4 is returns are expensive. Advice, you need to figure out your size. Sizes given are UK not the same as Canada. Customer service will help you. Shipping can be slow because the clothes come from the UK. One other nice thing is a lot of their clothes are made in the UK.

i’m a size twelve and i ordered a size 16 and it came and it does not fit, the is zipper broken, shipping took forever. i’m very upset.

Fast delivery! CUTE and great products! I love my new items! Been wearing my polka dot headbands non stop. :) I would say the quality on most items is good (but is 4 star rather than 5), which is perfect. I will gladly take slightly lower quality for an affordable price. Thanks Lindy Bop!

Lindy Bop has the best made clothes for the best price of anywhere I know. The dresses I've received have fit me perfectly, the fabric is always crisp yet supple, and the styles are so flattering. I love Lindy Bop!

I love, love, LOVE my Lindy Bop dress, I love that I got it at a great sale price, and I was so happy to open my mailbox and find the super cute Lindy Bop package there yesterday. The reason I rated them down a star, was the anxiety-filled roller coaster ride I went on before it got here. I received a shipping confirmation from Lindy Bop with no tracking info. I thought this was a little weird but didn't worry too much. After a couple of weeks, I went poking around the internet and discovered that even though I ordered from the Lindy Bop USA site, products still shipped from the UK. Someone in another review said they also didn't receive tracking info so they contacted the company and were able to get it. Since I now knew the dress was coming from the UK, again I didn't worry, decided to just wait another couple weeks. After a month I started to worry, especially when other reviews raved about the "fast shipping" and I still had no dress. So I reached out to the company. I immediately got a response email giving me a DIFFERENT email along with a bunch of legalese. So I forward my previous message to the new email. The response I got confirms what some people on this thread are speculating- Lindy Bop has shut down (apparently permanently) and will no longer fulfill orders. What's more, this new company that owns their rights will not refund any orders. I began to panic. I contacted the post office, and they advised me to wait a week and then file a lost mail form. I was at the end of the week and just about to sit down and fill out the form when I took my dog out and, on a whim, checked my mail. There was my package from Lindy Bop!!! I don't think I've been so happy since the pandemic started! The dress is comfortable and exactly how I expected it. If circumstances were different I might even consider ordering from Lindy Bop again, but sadly it looks like that's not an option.
