After being a tenant for 12 years and having no problems with any of the neighbours in the street, I had a problem with the local trouble-causer and homophobe. See you next Tuesday. Now dead!! She opened my letters with my mother's death certificate, lied on oath, and committed perjury in court and police statements. She also threw hot boiling water over my cat. This woman had fingers in lots of pies, from being involved with the council and sticking her nose in other people's business to working for this so-called charitable housing association voluntarily, this vile org breached all my data. I ended up in prison and lost my home because of this nasty, lying woman. Her little friend, the housing officer, is a vile POS and is also a little jack-booted tyrant who was asking my family personal questions in court, That is "witness intimidation", which we have reported to the ongoing appeal to the "Criminal case review" Every neighbour has had a run-in with her at one time or another. She made out she is this sweet little old lady, but she was not. She was officially given a warning in 2012 to stay away from me and my son by police. Funnily enough, that never came up in court or was ever mentioned because guess what? She had worked voluntarily for the courts as well. We were warned when first taking the tenancy that this woman was trouble. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, though. The new girl who has the house now, I am so happy for her and glad it went to someone who deserved it. And that witch is now rotting in hell.


I never would have taken the property knowing what would have happened and how evil she is. She pretended she was a widow, but she was not. She was a divorcee twice over, and her kids live in Scotland with their Stepfather. My other neighbour lost her husband when Witch, the letter snatcher, went to see my neighbour resting after his death; all this vile woman was going on about was me. Instead of comforting my neighbour in her hour of need, the death of her husband. The housing association bullies their staff, not just tenants. If you are offered a house BY "YOUR HOUSING", DO NOT ACCEPT AND some of the staff that work here. They nearly pushed me to suicide, And they loved mocking my mental health. Even now, this housing officer is an "ex-magistrate" who knows nothing about the law, she just thinks she is important and is still making my life a complete misery. They are an evil, cruel, unlawful housing association that uses bully-boy tactics to pick on the vulnerable and are parasites. People who I am still in touch with who own their own homes outright despise this woman, and my elderly neighbour, who I chat with on the phone, says the street cannot stand her and thinks what has happened to me was barbaric. She also said her daughter had terminal cancer in 2019, which turned out to be another lie, her daughter is still alive. This woman even Hell turned her away on the 10th of July 2024

My case is now being looked at by the "Criminal cases review" as an unfair sentence, as this neighbour knew the clerk of the court and my solicitor I had at the time were not criminally qualified to deal with it. He has now been struck off for representing me without permission, and fresh evidence has come to light. Over the conflicts of interest that were going on. This org thinks they can get away with murder. I have spoken to some lovely ex-staff whistleblowers who all hated the housing officer woman we shall refer to as "Miss Barbados" Ex-staff gave her that nickname and said she was a bully, and working with her, they were reduced to tears because she is so nasty. They tried to gag me, but it will never work. Cause good always outdoes evil. And the truth always comes out in the end.

"Appalling service "

We recently moved into a new property managed by your housing group who were responsible for getting the gas supply uncapped upon us moving in. I am beyond disappointed with the shocking level of service from your housing group. We have been left without gas for over a week, and their complete lack of urgency or care has been appalling. Despite repeatedly contacting them, I was passed around from one department to another with no resolution.

I took a day off work, and waited from 8am-6pm expecting an engineer to come out as promised, only for no one to show up. This not only wasted my time but also cost me significantly in Uber fares traveling to and from the property, all for nothing. Their failure to communicate properly and provide any real assistance has been beyond frustrating.

To make matters worse, there are vulnerable people at this address, and the company has shown zero concern for their well-being. Leaving us without gas for this long, especially in cold weather, is completely unacceptable. Their disregard for tenants' basic needs and their inability to handle emergencies efficiently is disgraceful.

I strongly urge anyone considering dealing with your housing group to think twice. This level of incompetence is inexcusable, and I really do hope they take responsibility for their failures and improve their service. Absolutely unacceptable

I am an employer for Your Housing Group. I have worked here for 8 years. I can honestly say. The company are working extremely hard to make things better for our residents. The Income Team are amazing and will also do whatever we can to assist in any problems at all until it is resolved.

I was with your housing association for 35 years. Had my flat nice. The last two years it was full of Mode The?
Housing association refused to do anything. I had to leave because it made me ill they refused to rehouse me. And I have been living on the street for two years. I'm 62 years old with bad health. I would get better treatment if I was a Foreign Muslim.

what a joke by YHG AGAIN &Again they are BENNY HILL BUILDERS.Manager Spending Monies Like won the lottery .Apparently works are not tendered out they just give expensive works to carry out to so called contractors🤔(there own MD HAD TO resigned because of Irregualities regarding works allocated out WITHOUT Tenders being issued Probably best mates with JOE ANDERSON Coruppt former mayor of liverpool .Reported an issue in january 2023 (many issues reported)And got a response back in November 2024 Saying that the issue was being done OVER 22MONTHS LATER
