"Made to order & delivery in three days = total rubbish"

I bought a very expensive duvet, which sadly was incorrect.
I’ve tried to exchange for a different product and was shut down by one of their customer service workers.
I was told it was a made to order duvet, but from purchase to delivery (Manchester to London) being three days, I really do not believe them. Do Not buy from them.
The second duvet was more expensive and I even offered to pay for the second delivery. Extremely poor service!! There should be protection for buying online!
Do Not use this company.

We bought a duel tog feather duvet from Bedlinen Direct. You can choose what tog you want for each side and it’s made to order. Just received ours and it’s an absolute winter game changer for us. Now he’s not too hot 🥵 and I’m not too cold 🥶 and we can cuddle up and get a great night sleep! Service was excellent too

The service was excellent. I needed to change the delivery address and received a very prompt reply to my email and the duvet arrived the next day. I bought a 100%Canadian goose down duvet which is wonderfully light and warm and is just as advertised.

We are so pleased with our cool max mattress protectors. We ordered one, and was so delighted, we then ordered more for the rest of the beds in our house. It transforms the bedding and has made our beds so much more comfortable.

The service we received was superb. We had to wait a little time for our first order as it was a special order for an unusual sized bed, but we were kept informed throughout and any email I sent was replied to within the day. Our second order, just before Christmas, we were told would not arrive until after Christmas which we completely understood, but to our delight it arrived on 23rd December.

Unable to find the correct size of mattress cover in the USA to fit our Italian mattress, I contacted Bedlinen Direct. My initial inquiry was responded to immediately and, after a rapid exchange of emails, we were able to order a mattress cover. Service throughout was fast, responsive. friendly and well-informed, I'm a very happy customer with a very nice mattress cover that fits perfectly!!

I ordered 2 x flat sheets, 2 x fitted sheets and 8 pillow cases. The order arrived on the day I was told, however there was 1 sheet missing. I contacted the supplier and was emailed an hour later. This was an apology for the missing item and a promise that the sheet would be sent out that day and I would receive it the following day. This is exactly what happened. Prompt, courteous service and I would definitely use them again and will also recommend to friends.

"Sheets look old and yellowing, not white!"

Arrived on time but fitted sheets ordered were supposed to be extra deep (nothing on the packaging says this). Sheets were flimsy, despite being 1000TC and were a yellowing colour and certainly not white.
Wont be ordering again

"Extra deep 18" sheets - great quality"

Just bought 2 new beds with deep pillow top mattresses. This is the only company I've found who sell the extra deep 18" fitted sheet - 400TC. Quality is excellent and customer service has been great. Lovely to be able to talk to a real person if needed!
