On Wednesday 5th May my wife ordered Hotel Collection 540 thread count bedlinen: 1KS Quilt set 2KS fitted sheets in Ivory. She also ordered1 pillowcase set in Navy. On Thursday we received an e mail & phone call querying the Navy pillowcases in case she had ordered the wrong colour. She had in fact ordered correctly but was impressed that Carl took the time & effort to contact her& check. All bedlinen was received earlier than anticipated & is excellent. It was also significantly cheaper than competitors. Can't recommend them enough especially for this product.

Fast delivery, Superb product! I bought a 200 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Fitted Sheet this week and am utterly delighted at the quality. 11 years ago I managed to get similar bedding and have hunted for such since. Despite trying multiple, big name retailers, I have not managed to find such again - until now! Thank you so much. I will be back.

We ordered 2 sets of 400tc bedlinen from Bedlinen Direct, it's the 1st time I have used this Company.
The first set washed and ironed perfectly. After laundering the 2nd set one pillowcase showed it was faulty (fabric had been cut slightly on cross) and was difficult to straighten and iron.
We contacted Bedlinen Direct about this and we received a response very quickly informing us that the item would be replaced. We received the replacement item the following morning.
Very pleased with their customer care and would definitly order from this company again.

Please don't support this company. I have read quite a few of the other comments on FALSE advertising, and it's true. This company changed the 100% Egyptian cotton bedsheets which they said on their website, to just cotton. This is because when I had received them and washed one sheet to put on our bed, I noticed on the packaging that it wasn't 100%Egyptian cotton, but a mix. They won't accept responsibility for this, and the sheet that I have on my bed they won't take back.I pleaded with someone at bedlinen, and said that this wasn't my fault, but he just doesn't care and covered it up. No apology. But the other sheet in the packaging they will take back he said, providing it is inspected and as perfect - you don't care about your customers, but just about money. "False advertising" that they also changed straight away, when I told belledorm on live chat. I have the photos I took to prove that I am honest. The sheet is horrible too. Please don't buy. I've gone to consumer rights now. Why should they be able to get away with this!

They did lie, as I spoke to Belledorm directly, and they told you to changed this. But you did so after I recieved the sheet and washed it. Thank goodness I have taken photos of the evidence that backs up this. I had to send Belledorm a photo of what I your website description said about the sheet. Then you changed this to just cotton. How can you not call this a untruthful from your end. Belledorm said that because of this, you might work something out with me, but you DON'TCARE. I have just now sent a picture to you that has proved this, and showed up your error and lies!

"Quick delivery"

Ordered some sheets on Wednesday and they were delivered on Friday (much faster than their 4-5 day estimated delivery time). Delivery was by DPD who are one of the better delivery firms for giving an accurate delivery time. Website does not show stock level of the sheets so I used their "ask a question" button and got an answer back in just over 10 minutes. So happy to recommend this company.

"Alpaca pillow"

This alpaca pillow is absolutely fantastic!! Over the years I have tried all the different pillows on the market and none worked. I found them to be uncomfortable and would get a sore neck. I have ordered this one a few days ago and have been sound sleeping like never before. Also, I don't toss and turn. It is of beautiful quality. LOVE IT!!
