"Very poor customer service"

My order arrived on time and all good. However the pillowcases were advertised as 50 x 90cm but they felt small on the pillows and hence made the pillows seem 'hard'. When I measured them they were 47 x 88cms but this is only part of the reason I'm giving two stars. The main reason being when I contacted bedlinen direct regarding this, the only response I got was this email asking me to rate them which I wouldn't normally do. So your very poor customer service got you the review you wanted! Buy with caution!

I purchased a superking deep fitting sheet from bedlinen direct after trying many other shops, with the sheets far to small even in the extra deep 18" as advertised. Tried quite a few but fitting was very tight, no good. Purchased this one and a fantastic fit loads of overlap under the mattress, could even apply a topper mattress if required and would still fit. Very generous fit and I will be using this company now. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Good quality and arrived promptly. Only comment in that I ordered an Emperor sized fitted sheet which is much bigger than my current emperor fitted sheet which fits exactly at 200x200.
