"Tomee tippee baby bottles"

I had placed an order with this company for some baby bottles.. on the 4th April 2025 for it to be stated i would receive my delivery in 7-12 working days.
Today on the 23rd April 2025 around 19 days later.. i receive a phone call (which i missed) and an emailing stating they no longer can get hold of such bottles but not worry they have alternative bottles they could send out to me for next day delivery.
I am disgusted in thiis companies level of customer service skills ive had issues with them twice before looked passed and thought its be ok as i needed my child new bottles.. i mean specialising in children items i would assume they would have knowledge to not recommend another bottle company knowing not all children will just take to any bottle! Absolutely disgusted

Quick delivery even over the Easter break. It Was delivered the next working day. The item I purchased is no longer manufactured and due to it being a particular car seat base it had to be new for safety reasons and this online shop is the only one in the UK with the real legitimate item for sale, and so I am extremely happy with my purchase

The seat was exactly what I was looking for, and at a great price. I ordered it on the Friday the 18th, and it was delivered on the 22nd.

Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong item, which I understand happens sometimes, however I was sent a car seat that had scratches on the plastic with obvious signs of wear. Even worse, there was, what looked to be baby vomit in the seat itself. I can’t even find the seat that was sent online and looks like it has been discontinued.
I have contacted customer services today and have to say, spoke with a very polite, helpful and apologetic member of staff, so I am just hoping this gets resolved quickly so I can look to purchase the correct product before little one arrives.
