Meet and greet was good while we dropped the car on 8th April. But the return delivery was so bad.. Car was covered in bird poop and the driver left the key underneath the front tyre without seeing us or proper communication..

I booked online after seeing advert for 5- 10 mins away from Manchester airport, also included was free cancellation.
After booking, confirmation was sent stating, they were based in Altrincham which is 20 minutes away, and that we'd have to pay the £6 on entry and the £6 fee on departure of the airport ( not stated in original advert) So, I decided to cancel using the free cancellation.
They cancelled it - NO PROBLEM! BUT, it's NOT a FREE cancellation at all! They took £15 for admin fees! What a CON!
They have yet to email me back when I complained!

Absolutely idiots( i am not using hard real name for them) - do not use this cowboy's company . Waiting time to leave car 90 minutes from call, was far 30 minutes from airport. Waiting time to collecting car 170 minutes from call( near 3 hours), i called them after collecting luggage. Paid over £90 for 2 weeks. I don't have more words.......

They had a very easy pick up and drop off for our car. Prices were reasonable and there were no problems. Would recommend is you are looking for cheap and quality service.
