I recently received a cosmo grill bbq as a Christmas present, there was a small issue with it but we had a speedy resolution to the problem thanks to Kieran who was so helpful and quickly replied to my messages. I definitely recommend cosmo grill and look forward to the warmer weather so I can use it.

"Missing parts"
Got this for a Christmas present for my husband (his request) it arrived in multiple boxes with some elements outside the box and wrapped in random cardboard for other products. The BBQ took quite a while to assemble and there were parts missing i.e. gas connector and some holes don't align which was a real downer given all the effort to build.. I get the impression this was a previously returned product that has sent back out again. Have reached out to customer service to try and resolve.
If it had been in working order it looks really good, fingers crossed CS are responsive.

I bought an armchair with a footrest through B&Q from EVRE b rown imitation leather that perfectly matches my sofa. At the end of assembling the armchair, it turned out that there was a hole in one of the armrests and the other had scratch marks. I reported the problem through the B&Q website, which slightly lengthens the waiting time for contact with the seller, but contrary to my concerns, it did not take long. I did not want to return the whole things, because I really liked the set, so only the elements I indicated were replaced. The replacement was quick and efficient. I have a comfortable armchair with a footrest at home, free from defects. I recommend the company and the set.

Had my BBQ for five summers, love it! Keep it under cover and cleaned/maintained and you wouldn't know I bought it back in 2020. We use it all the time (15-20 times each summer), and I can't fault it. Have purchased a few add-ons from Cosmo Grill (new cover, new grates) and they're always easy to deal with. My last contact was with Kiran who helped me rectify my own stupid mistake (I purchased the wrong items, my fault entirely) easily, smoothly and professionally. WOuldn't hesitate to recommend!
