The review is supposed to inform potential users that I've not been paid my wages by Parasol even though my funds have been sent to them. The portal is useful the staff are inconsiderate and kept me waiting on the phone forever.

I have now left Parasol due to the continuous dramas I've faced re my payment.

I have suffered this weekend and all day today.

Even writing this message I'm in a state of tears, anger and fear.

"Contracting made easy"

Parasol have made contracting really simple, none of the taxing (pardon the pun) paperwork and everything just works. Even when you get things wrong, their support staff are there to help out. I recently made a mistake on my timesheet and Holy Y spent as much time as it needed to help me correct it in such a way that it didn't interrupt my payment cycle. Wonderful service!

After 19 years as a contractor working Outside IR35, I recently took an Inside IR35 role.
I had heard of Parasol but had reservations about using them, however from start to finish the support has been excellent.
The systems, tools, portal and communication from the Parasol Employee Support and the Pensions Teams have been excellent, especially the Pensions Team, who are extremely knowledgeable, explain everything in detail and are very responsive to emails.
