"Do not trust to book any service with…"

Do not trust to book any service with this company. It is unreliable and it has poor customer service. When I downloaded the app and was charged £20 for a service not rendered yet, I should have thought twice and not do it.

Pick up was late and the way the customer service chat went made me feel like I could not trust that the laundry will be done in a timely manner. Especially for travellers this is worrying.

Horrible service. Placed an order with them, both collection and delivery were 4 hours late. When I received the invoice I was charged for 20 kg of clothes when I had only sent 12 kg.

Would not recommend.

I loved the quality of the clothes and the way they were laundered. The staff were super helpful and efficient. It fell down on the same transportation issues which I notice other people reviewing them on the website have had. But equally since other people have not had those issues I assume it depends where you live and which driver you get as they are a national service. Thank you Hello Laundry for doing such a good job 👏

"Disappointing"

When you book, you can choose specific times for collection and drop-off, but they don’t follow this at all. They pick up my laundry two days later than what I originally scheduled. Then, once they had my laundry, they delayed the return by another day.

When I finally got my clothes back, they didn’t smell fresh — instead, they had a cigarette smell. A disappointing experience overall.

Avoid at all cost. Failure to give a refund following not turning up for an appointment. Said they had refunded but never did until chased. Terrible customer service all round.

Very easy-to-use service. The chat service is very effective; they reply immediately.
Everything was washed and dried nicely, and I am definitely going to place further orders!
As a new customer, I appreciate their efficiency.
At the moment I have only paid a part of the bill, the initial amount to place the order. Although I have not yet finished paying the remaining part—because they still have to send me the invoice by email—they delivered, in the time I indicated, my clothes. Very, very nice.
They also left me a company bag, which I will use next time.
