"Did what/ when they said- excellent customer service"

The organisation of alternative flight and assistance as soon as I called. (although I had a long wait to actually speak to someone)
The continuity of dealing with one person throughout the process. Natalia was excellent- kept me informed and updated. Most of all she called or emailed when she said she would, her care will make me use your services again ( we travel extensively)

UPDATE 13 JAN: Thank you for your response but it doesn't address why your company advised that I cancel and rebook the entire itinerary when all I had to do was drop my husband from the reservation (which would have cost me little to nothing). Your advice assured that you would get a second booking/service fee from me. It also meant that I had to pay EasyJet a cancellation fee. And it was all unnecessary. My hope is that you will refund in full the original booking/service fees as well. I will update this review when/if I receive it. Also, my screenshot shows the total to be billed to my card (which showed the Connectsure fee--I'm not disputing that) The total shows NO booking/service fees. The fact that you hide them deep in the fine print of your "terms and conditions" and add them in AFTER you've given the consumer the total to be billed to their card is intentionally deceiving. It's completely unethical, if not down right dishonest.

UNDISCLOSED FEES! Hidden fees added in AFTER you are shown your total. The total amount to be billed to my card that showed on my computer screen was significantly less than what they actually charged my credit card (and I have a screenshot of my screen at checkout as proof). When I saw the amount that had been charged to my card, I called and they said there were added fees (a booking fee and service fee). These were NOT DISCLOSED nor added to my total to be billed. To add insult to injury, I had to cancel my first reservation (within the 24 hr refund period) and rebook. The itinerary was identical, just minus my husband as he has to travel separately from us at an earlier time. This is what I was instructed to do by them on the phone. I was not informed that they would keep their booking/service fees at that time nor when I cancelled. I only learned of this AFTER I had cancelled the reservation. So, they’re keeping about 1/3 of what I paid them because I cancelled and rebooked. It’s a huge chunk of money especially considering that *I* did all of the work booking it online. Now I’m worried that if we actually need the “insurance” that we paid so much for, there’ll be some catch there, too. I'm still deciding if I should report them and to what agency or authority. If they come back with a response that their terms and services are clearly posted during booking, I can attest that they absolutely are not. They were well hidden during the booking process and I never once saw anything about the additional charges. And I was never asked to tick a box or agree to their terms. These practices are illegal (at least, in my country), unethical and intentionally opaque and deceptive and I hope I never have to use this company again.

UPDATE: I have since found out that I could have just had my husband dropped from our itinerary (getting his part refunded) and not have had to cancel and rebook at all. Cancelling and rebooking meant that DoHop got my original "booking and service" fees PLUS the new "booking and service" fees. Quite a tidy profit for them. So, their "advice" benefited them and caused me unnecessary additional money and stress. And, I'm still waiting for my original refund (and will probably be waiting for a very long time, from what I'm seeing).

Our flight was delayed due to a storm so we missed our connection. One short call and they arranged a new flight and hotel accommodation was refundable. Perfect service. Very happy with the extra insurance I took and the service that came with that.

Notre interlocuteur a solutionné notre problème de correspondance suite à des changements de vols de la part d'easyjet. Ils nous a trouvé une solution de secours sans qu'on ai a payer quoi que ce soit. Le seul hic c'est la ligne téléphonique qui n'est pas terrible, on a du mal a s'entendre.
