Terrible service. Booked a flight with then with a 1.5hr laylover. Because of the airport staff showing me the wrong way to transfer, I was unable to collect my luggage. Couldn’t reach dohop at this time but I contacted them the next day and they told me it isn’t their problem my luggage is lost and they can’t help

"2hours waiting in the chat and still…"
2hours waiting in the chat and still noone is replying to me. I paid for insurance and the bot told me I didn't. I also reached through email and they replied 16hours later. Keep in mind that I lost the my connected flight due to a delay, I was left in the airport with no help and had to book a new flight that cost me a fortune. I tried to call the greek call center- i found the number in the official dohop site- and it didn't exist ( the voice was saying that the number +308003252249 is incorrect ). It looks like they replied quicker to my bad review than my actual problem. If the company isn't able to deal with what they claim they offer then they should hire more people.

The first leg of our flight was rescheduled making the connection too tight.
Contacted DOHOP who offered 3 solutions.
They arranged for a rerouting of our first flight and for a cancellation and refund of our second flight.
Very quick responses to our questions, professionally handled with great attention to detail from Kris.
DOHOP did the heavy lifting on what was a stressful situation for us and resolved it to our complete satisfaction.
Would highly recommend their service to all.
