I am more than just satisfied. The horror of having to deal with cancelled flights for six people when I assumed spiralling costs and difficult journeys was supremely allayed by Georgina and Dohop.

I am very satisfied about the service provided. The agent was very polite, clear, and comprehensive regarding my situation.

Dohop represents a new/innovative way for Easyjet to make more money while not running anymore flights.

Dohop is a completely unnecessary party in flight booking. It seems their only role is to exist in order to enable Easyjet to deflect any complaints you have onto another company. In turn, Dohop then defers complaints back to Easyjet, thereby creating a loop of customer service.

My connecting flight was cancelled and so naturally wanted to a refund on the other flight. Easyjet passed me onto Dohop as they could see they were the agent (i had no knowledge of using them and all emails were from easyjet). Dohop then said as they were not an airline (quite true) the cancellation has nothing to do with them. With both parties washing their hands of any responsibility, what is a man to do!

In summary Easyjet/Dohop (they must be linked), are able to sell flights that people do not board (Genuis). The more connecting flights they offer and subsequently cancel, the more money they make; all without putting a plane in the sky. Cancellations = unlimited profit. Needless to say I will be purchasing Easyjet stock.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I would strongly recommend using DoHop whenever booking flights involving stops or budget airlines. My holiday plans with my adult children involved 2 flights each way. One flight was cancelled completely and another one was delayed so much that the onward connection was impossible. It was difficult (expensive) to talk to any easyJet agent and the website suggested no possibility of any refund for the other 3 flights. DoHop were super helpful and efficient and arranged with easyJet for a full refund.
