"Addebito non autorizzato "
Ho prenotato dei voli su easyJet, mi sono ritrovato un addebito di questa società, pur non avendo mai avuto alcun rapporto contrattuale con loro. L’addebito è di oltre 20 euro, pur non avendo mai sottoscritto nulla. Preciso altresì che tale addebito non veniva esplicitato nella pagina di prenotazione del volo ma ne ho avuto evidenza solo in carta di credito. Essendo un avvocato procederò per vie legali, segnalando questo comportamento all’antitrust. La mia recensione ha lo scopo di rendere edotti gli altri dai pericoli derivanti da questi comportamenti.

Very good service from the agents and communications - the only reason i have it a 4 of 5 is that it took over a month to process the refund and I had to chase it up - but overall pretty satisfied.

"I liked the missed flight insurance"
I liked the missed flight insurance. They paid out €600. So it Saved us a lot of money in the end. But they should have never sold us the flights in the first place. In the end only the algorithm thought the connecting flights would be ok. So for experienced travellers it is ok, if they look at the suggested connecting flight options with common sense.

Unsere Flugzeit wurde so geändert, dass die gebuchte Verbindung nicht mehr möglich war. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht von der guten telefonischen Betreuung durch Olena von DOHOP. Vielen Dank für die nette und kompetente Hilfe!

Dohop representative did well despite having to go back and forth with Easyjet. All done by email which is always a poor second to a good human contact. A good conversation with a human being is always best. The process takes longer than it should because you are dealing with a 'third party insurer' and not directly with Easyjet Customer Service, but this is obviously intended, as Easyjet will be making a lot of money selling this add-on insurance product.

"Great at solving a problem "
Georgina was absolutely brilliant at sorting the problem I had due to a very delayed easyJet flight from Madeira.
It was down to her that I was able to get home in a completely stress free manner for the holidays.
