"Dohop booking fee NOT refunded"

I booked connecting flights with Easyjet and paid for this Dohop booking fee, simply for the fact of making the booking on their booking platform, for:
"Making your purchase as simple as possible and Booking your entire route in one go" as they said.
Fair enough. But then, EasyJet changed the departure times of 2 of my flights (one of this from 21:15 to 7:00, so an entire day earlier), meaning I would have lost the other 2 connecting flights, therefore I had to cancel the entire booking. Result, Dohop is not refunding me this booking fee, stating that I used the service. What service? Flights have been cancelled and not because I wanted. The entire booking is gone, vanished, therefore the booking fee should not be applied anymore, because I have to go through the whole booking again, so there is no more advantage for me, I am not using anymore this service of booking connecting flights all form one platform, in one bundle. There is no more bundle, ther eis no more booking, no more one booking reference anymore. And, to be clear, this is not the protection fee, which one can buy, in case of disruptions/delays, etc. I am talking about this fee for simply using their service, as they say. They also said that if I had booked the protection I would have gotten the money back; well, that's a lie, as I would have gotten back the money for this protection service and NOT for the booking fee! So bottom line I am losing money for something that was certainly NOT my decision, but, as we all know, flight companies and their supplier, partners or whatever, find always a way to take money from customers....
