This company is a total joke of a service. I am giving 1 star, as I cannot give 0….They charged me 67 euros as a commission for two independent bookings and when 1 of the 2 airlines changed flight details, making the second flight impossible, Do(not)hop(e) simply shrugged off and told me to contact the airlines directly…I honestly do not understand why I paid this amount as “facilitating” booking with two independent airlines simply does not justify this cost. Seriously, do not bother yourselves with them…

"Dohop insurance and flight delay"
Dohop initially rejected our request for assistance through travel insurance by telling us that our flight delay was "exceptional" and therefore not covered. We argued that we took out insurance precisely for such exceptional circumstances.
Having communicated back on forth by email, and having sent items invoices for accomodation and travel we were, at length, fully reimbursed.
A good outcome after considerable uncertainty.

"Did not fulfill my booking"
Appalling service. I wanted to book flights from Gdansk to Manchester after our flights had been cancelled. I booked through Dohop for flights with a change in Hamburg. I received a message from them to say that my booking had only been partially successful. Flights from Gdansk to Hamburg had been booked but I was informed I needed to book the remainder of the journey from Hamburg to Manchester via the airline. I tried many times but could not book from Hamburg to Manchester. I don't know why. It was not due to lack of funds. I find it completely wrong that they were allowed to take my money for a partial journey. The flights from Gdansk to Hamburg were completely useless to us and now we have wasted £400. I requested a refund for this partial booking on the grounds that it was not what I requested on the website but they haven't even replied.

"Complete Scam! Do not use"
Flight to USA was delayed, then disembarking from flight was delayed due to Homeland Security removing a passenger. Connection missed and Dehop refused to reimburse as it was outside airlines control. Further delays collecting baggage and woeful transfer between terminals. Presumably they think this is within the customers control! Complete Scam!

"Scammers"
Scammers, our flights got cancelled in which on their ChatBot promised that our flight would be compensated or refunded and would put us through to a human contact, I've submitted it twice now and it has been over a week and no one has responded. They will just take and keep your money and scam you. Do not book with DoHop.

Dohop service works to get money back in the long run, you just need to be patient. But you have to buy any extra flights and accom caused by delays, yourself upfront.
