Please give her this well-deserved recognition. Dohop's financial department also reimbursed my hotel and meal expenses quickly, with absolutely no hassle, fuss, or obstinance.

I booked 2 Easyjet flights with Dohop from Bcn to Tromso with one stop in London. Easyjey communicate me that one of the flights changed to 6 hours before the original time making impossible to take the second flight. I talked with Dohop by chat and then by email, they offer me another flight but I finally decided to cancel it, they did all the communication with Easyjet and in 7 days I received my refund. Really good customer service, I paid an small extra fee for support in case of cancellation but totally worthless.
