i bought 2 flights at the same reservation. the second was cancelled. it had happend to me with other companies such as trip.com. of course they sent me back the money of the cancelled flight. this company said they can not give back the money because i did not buy the insurance. so they will ask back the money to the flight company and do not send to me back. so stealing...
