"They didnt honor their technical mistake"
They were showing 2$ flight. It was season of BLACK FRIDAY DEALS, and I have had quite cheap flights in the past. There was no way for me to know it was technical issues, but it was, and I ended up paying A LOT FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I purchased it and ONLY AFTER APPROVED THE PURCHASE IT SHOWED I was being charged over 3000CAD. I contacted them imediately and AFTER A PAINFULL PROCESS ON OVER 5 HOURS DISCUSSIONS, they agreed to refund ONLY THEIR PART OF IT (It was a mix of 3 companies pricing, BUT THEY WERE INTERMEDIATING IT). I ended up being refunded, DAYS LATER WHERE COINCIDENTLY IT WAS A PEACK CURRENCY DOWN WHICH LED ME ON A PREJUDICE OF OVER 42CAD, again, only on their end, which was nearly a third of the total amount. I AM STILL ON A FIGHT FOR GETTING THE OTHER PARTIES BACK, BUT AGAIN... THEY WERE INTERMEDIATING IT, AND...... THEY WERE THE ONES SHOWING WRONG PRICES SO THE LEAST THEY COULD DO IS TO MAKE SURE I WOULD HAVE MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!! A COMPLETELY DISHONOR AND UNETHICAL FIRM. DONT BUY ON THEM IF YOU DONT WANT HEADACHES FOR THE FUTURE. I understand technical issues happen but they should then fix it at nor make us pay for their mistake. I am truly disappointed.

un service client formidable. je me suis retrouvée à Oslo ayant été déroutée. j'étais perdue, j'ai toujours eu affaire à la même personne au téléphone ou par mail, qui répondait tout de suite, qui m'a trouvé un nouveau billet, m'a aidée pour l'enregistrement et m'a guidée pour faire ma demande de remboursement arrivée en moins d'un mois. Vraiment chapeau au monsieur (du surnom de Roméo !) que j'ai appelé à maintes reprises dans la panique. il a fait preuve d'une patience et d'une gentillesse que je tiens à mettre en avant. je conseille à tout le monde de prendre l'assurance.

Everything went well after contacting the agent a few times. She was very helpful and put my request through without any issues. Only negative is was she said she would let me know when the refund went through and I didn't hear back from her. I noticed the deposit on my statement.
