Booked flights to Berlin through Dohop, at which I arrived after a search in skyscanner.de. The trip consisted in overall two flights each way, with self transfer, for two persons, and with two different airlines.
Well, casually, only the payment for Dohop "went through", and no flight was booked on my behalf. The solution they offer is to "contact the airlines and book these flights myself". So pretty much I had to pay them 40 bucks for nothing
