"Dodgy booking but excellent customer service"

I have experienced problems with the payments, where part of the booking had not completed. I had to go and book separately the outgoing flight.
However, customer service in this instance was excellent, with reasonably fast response times.

With 2 months in advance we knew that Easy Jet changed our conection and Dohop help us with new fligths and two nigths at a hotel. That in the beggining we paid and 45 days later we received the money back. Very cooperative a efficient.

"Customer service with Dohop was exceptional"

Customer service with Dohop was exceptional. There were issues with one of our flights booked through them and they were very quick to respond and resolve the situation.

Our flight tickets due to delay were changed for the next available flight thanks to Dohop, vouchers for meal allowance were refunded after 30 days period. The communication with support team named Beverly, Angel and Rumi was excellent and professional, I appreciate their help and assistance. Will recommend to others, that’s why I’m giving 5*.

"Troubles with connections solved"

I had several troubles during the flights, lost connections and time for our holidays because of all the inconveniences. It was complicate to get in touch with Dohop by WhatsApp but at the end I got and Agent that was great and it’s helping me to recover the expenses of what we lost at least. I haven’t got the payment yet but they confirm me that is gonna be done in the next weeks so at the end I can recommend Dohop.
