Missed our connecting flight due to first flight delays. I had bought the Dohop connection insurance. I contacted the agency right before my first flight took off, when I landed the agent (thanks Phil!) had already given me options for rebooking my flight for free, once I responded he contacted the airline company very quickly and my new flight was booked! Fantastic experience

Quick reply, good service. One part of my ticket was cancelled by Easyjet and I got my money back thanks to Dohop. They also offered different alternatives, but unfortunately that did not fit my needs.
