"Quite incompetent "

After analysing the data from the liquidation I honestly can't comprehend how can there be so much incompetence in a company and how the fca hasn't acted on them.
There honestly it seems that they had a property book with and extremely high ltv that blew in their faces.
Their bad management paired with their incompetence communicating things and lack of clarity is extremely frustrating.
Guys the company is dead just let us know how much money we are getting back or not. I really think that their decision to buy a set of properties just right as covid started happening killed the company.
Guys you are meant to be experts in the field, how bad do you have to be to not even consider properties with cladding issues and if you bought the properties you should've be giving a discount.

Honestly it's hilarious that they now want to sell software for property investment.
They couldn't event do it right for themselves.

Honestly I hope there is a lawsuit for the incompetence and bad practices

I invested around 2020. You cant lose on property in the long term I thought. You can, especially with these clowns. I only put in a few £100, and decided to put no more in as somthing felt off. Most of it is a good as lost, Turned out to be a good decision not to put more money in, neally lost £1000s

I invested money I inherited from my sister on her far too early sudden passing. I like lots of others are still waiting for this money to be returned. This whole thing has not helped my bereavement process and I've had to seek counselling. So thanks Bricklane for making the past couple of years more awful than they should be

I've been waiting 3.5 years for my funds to be returned. My emails are now being ignored. I called but was just told someone will be in touch.
They are no longer covered by the Financial Conduct Authority (you can check by searching the FCA directory).
I have contacted them via email and telephone to advise that if I don't receive my funds back within X days I will be taking it to the financial Ombudsman. That time has now elapsed and I will be taking it further.
For the figure I am waiting for in comparison to the 8.8million in assets (total liquid and fixed) of the Bricklane Parent Company (see companies house), it is both cruel and incredibly stressful to be made to chase.

Please return my funds.

Anyone reading this, stay away from Bricklane, I wouldn't trust to rent from them either considering how poorly they treat clients.

I had a regrettable experience with Bricklane, which I must share to warn others. Over the past 4 years, my investment with them has proven to be a disappointment. Unfortunately, I've lost approximately 25% of my initial investment during this period. My experience with Bricklane has left me feeling disillusioned and wary of similar investment opportunities.

I was waiting to get my money back for over two years, I did not get anything and instead my money is getting less every time I login to my account.
The inability to access my own funds is not only unacceptable but also raises serious doubts about the integrity and reliability of this company's investment services. It is a scam and personally I will follow what others did and get in touch with financial ombudsman services in order to get my money back

Whilst i have received a refund of one of my funds, I am still waiting for a refund of my second fund. I do not understand why this company tells so many lies whilst our investment is dwindling.

I would never invest future money in anything other than a bank. The UK law is pitiful to say the least, as they have allowed this company to scam and to continue to scam new investers out of their money, all under the guise of an ISA. Just give me back the money owed as I need to delete you from my contacts. You have been the worst investment of my life.
