"Drayton Wiser Suport "

I had a problem connecting my Hub to my new Broadband Router, so I rang Drayton Suport.
My call was answered very quickly and the technician walked me through the process of connection to my Router, it took a fair while but she was very polite and understanding.
This is not the first time I’ve used Suport and they are always knowledgeable and helpful.
If only more companies Suport departments were run like this!

"Having a sporadic problem with my hot…"

Having a sporadic problem with my hot water, although the problem hasn't been resolved I was kept informed of the investigation and given the opportunity to keep the ticket open and told to get back in touch if the problem resurfaces.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had problems with programming my Digistat and Gemma not only emailed me simple steps but phoned me as well.

"I had a problem with the daylight…"

I had a problem with the daylight saving time not changing when the clocks changed. Immediately diagnosed with first question by the technician who answered my call as a problem caused by my 3rd party integration. Problem resolved. Very happy.

"Talked to a guy at a plumbers merchants…"

Talked to a guy at a plumbers merchants today, who said the Drayton hubs were black magic. Which might be true, they are very advanced and even with a further degree I needed to phone tech support. BUT their tech support is fantastic, your talking to a technical, intelligent & articulate person who WILL find the problem and fix it. My guy was on 45 minutes helping me setup and at no point did he make play to give up or bail out. 10/10 to all the tech support first line, and their manager.

"Insights + added to Wiser System "

I’ve recently upgraded my Wiser System to include insights +.
I did have to contact their help desk to get a few things sorted but as always they are so helpful and informative and dealing with them is a delight and for me a masterclass in how customer services should be.
The wiser system as a whole for me has been great as has the app, there will always be issues and glitches with any technology but knowing you’ve great customer service at hand when they do is that extra piece of mind you need.

"Great product and great customer support."

Purchased a smart meter to work with my Drayton Wiser heating setup. The connection between the app and the device worked for years all ok. Then suddenly lost connection. But contacted the helpdesk and they sorted it for me. Great product and great customer support.

" wiser app fault"

I had a fault with the wiser app as it wouldn't let me log on to do any adjustments so I rang their customer service at 19.30 hrs and Chole sorted the problem out with in 5 minutes and got the app working again I can certainly recommend the product and aftercare service they offer

"Thermostat was not working"

I was advised that the company had ceased fabricating the particular Thermosat that was not working but was told what model number to buy and that because the new unit fitted the old one, No rewiring would be required! And even where to buy one!

If I had one gripe. it would be that this information was given to me over several emails and over several days, I I had not been retired, I might have given up1

"Not great products or service."

Really slow support service, asking the same questions over and over and taking days to respond. Phone lines always have this weird, several second delay on them that means conversations are really awkward. Products don't work as they should. Very finicky to set up and often the heating just doesn't come on - sometimes it comes on for no reason!. Never did get to the bottom of my problems with underfloor heating. I've just given up. Over £1000 down the drain. Wish I'd gone with another company now but too late.....
