Good job now its finally here that i love it, after waiting SO LONG and taking 3 days off work
What a hassle would never recommend and will never use again
Wish we had gone back to Benson for Beds who we have used before and have a store to talk to an advisor face to face
You may pay slightly more
But thats definitely worth it
When you add up the hourly rate i have lost staying home for non deliveries and hours on the phone and email

"Absolutely Dreadful customer service "

Where do I start with this outfit , what an absolute joke of a company this is , please whatever do AVOID, there lovely until they get your money and all of sudden don’t get any communication whatsoever, Got told that they get a different delivery company in to bring your goods , Firstly I asked if I could have it delivered on a weekend because on there website they say you can for a £30 fee which wasn’t a problem, then to be told they only deliver to Cornwall so they said they would deliver Tuesday between 8 and 11 and get an half hour window, so I took the day off .It got to 11 and heard nothing, so I called and spoke to Benjamin who then told me the wagon had broken down , which by then I’d dismantled my old bed again , and he said it wouldn’t be getting delivered today , whatever happened to thinking outside the box and sending another wagon and swap the goods over , I even offered to get pick up the bed myself but they said that couldn’t be done , but if I hadn’t of rung , would they have called me , doubt it , so then I got it was coming Thursday, between 8-11 , another day off work ,again had to call them to say where it was , then I suddenly got a phone call from the delivery guys who by the way were absolutely brilliant, but then again there not part of this company they just deliver for them , so in the end the bed eventually came , and to be honest it’s all how matter of fact they were about it , and didn’t really care , so between the Sleep shop and the delivery company it’s a massive no from me , sorry but that’s how it is shocking customer service and will never use again
