"Purchased as new iPhone 13 Mini"

Purchased as new iPhone 13 Mini - battery at 84%, lock button on side stopped working within 1 week and charging point stopped within a month. Submitted online feedback, took 5 days to respond and basically wiped their hands of it. Waste of $600.

Update - finally got some communication from PhoneBot and they asked me to return the phone for repair or replacement. They have had the phone for over 6 weeks, have made several promises that have been broken and only respond when I send strongly worded emails.

This would be a zero or negative star rating if it was possible. Phone quality questionable however after sales service is disgusting and deplorable to say the least. DO NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THIS PROVIDER!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! - I bought an excellent condition Samsung S23 Ultra with a screen protector (that they attached) and in a case from the store, plus 1 year warranty, I thought what could go wrong. I was repeatedly told that warranty doesn't cover drops which is quite obvious. 3 Days after purchase the screen randomly cracks, not sure why when the phone wasn't even dropped or impacted (makes me wonder why they repeatedly told me not to drop the phone). When I took the phone back they were extremely rude and automatically assumed it had been dropped, once I asked for the opportunity to explain what had happened they did listen however didn't believe me, asked why they should trust me and based on what I was presenting it had been dropped. They also then told me that it could be from pressure or liquid which is also not covered in warranty which was never mentioned when purchasing. The screen protector literally just came off, never have I experienced a screen protector that cracked that I could actually just flick off with my finger. Did you know that if screen protectors aren't installed correctly they can cause pressure and crack screens! They said I can send the phone to Samsung repair centre for a report or they were happy to fix the screen for an additional $350.00, which was not an option after paying $950.00 for the phone. I asked why the phone was originally handed in and what was wrong with it as maybe the phone was faulty from the beginning or maybe the screen had already been changed and it was an issue with the product, they refused to share any information with me and told me I was wasting their time. They said that I could go to ACCC. I would not recommend this store to anyone at all. I actually give 0 stars to this store. It was quite a devastating experience as my son purchased this phone with all his savings and I told him buying from a shop would be okay as if there were any issues they would help you, well apparently not! They also told me this is what happens when you give a phone to a child, so rude! Oh and lastly, when I asked for paperwork to confirm that I bought a phone in excellent condition, they refused to give it to me and said I had to believe his word, except he won't believe mine when I say that the phone wasn't dropped!

I purchased an Apple Watch Nike Series 6 and within a week it was broken due to water damage after wearing it in the shower, my Series 3 I wore swimming for years and never an issue.
Absolutely unhelpful and unacceptable, I have just spent $337 and I have nothing to show for it.

Update - they have offered me a refund in writing and then 24 hours later changed their minds. Absolute joke of a business. DO NOT BUY WATCHES HERE!!! you will regret it.
