"Faulty J10"

I bought a Samsung J10 from Phonebot in Feb 2024. Just before the warrantee expired in July 2024, it failed to boot. Phonebot confirmed they had received it in mid August, it is now September and I haven't heard anything. No response to email and not answering the phone.

I've now been told it is out of the warranty period, so repairs will cost me.

The phone was under warranty when it failed. It's not my issue that it took over a week to get logged into the Phonebot system. Although purchased on Feb 7, it took over a week to be delivered initially, so it was well within the six months that it was in my possession when it failed.

How am I supposed to "reach out so we can work towards a resolution" when emails and phone calls are not answered?

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro in "Grade A" condition, condition, expecting to find some signs of wear since it was refurbished. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its pristine condition! The watch looked and functioned just like a brand-new one. "Terrible"

Delivery was prompt but iPhone was immediately faulty upon receiving it with a non-apple failing BATTERY that got worse over time, not holding charge, falsely saying its charging. I also did not receive the screen protector I paid for. I sent an email for help and did not receive a response even though I checked spam. I gave up, using a portable battery to get by. Only a few months later and I am now overseas and the non-apple SCREEN has also completely failed, at first flashing and now dying completely, going black and unusable. Contacted support again on multiple channels this time and finally received a response from the Facebook page. I am being told they cannot help me until I am back in Australia which is understandable but I can also not fix it myself or it voids all warranty, so I am stuck overseas with no phone and no way of fixing my phone. Very scary. Their team is no help and I'm just going to have to get an entirely new phone. Basically got scammed out of $600. They tell me they did respond to my first email but I have checked and checked and have no evidence this came through. It's just not worth the hassle for a slightly cheaper phone. Am I expected to have known not only would the battery be immediately faulty but the entire phone would fail while I am overseas within the first few months? And they make me feel like this is somehow my fault they sent you a phone with MULTIPLE problems. Just don't use them, seriously.
