I advise everyone not to order from phone bot because they send you phones with built-in errors and then claim it was your own fault. You don't get any money back. i got a phone just one week ago i placed a protection for the screen immediately before i used it and after a few days it just showed a crack inside the screen and stripes on the display. i know it was not my fault as i didnt drop it on the floor or anything. also the screen protection has no scratches or anything. now they accuse me i destroyed the display on my own and i dont even get a refund. this website is a scam and you definetely dont save any money afterwards. you just lose all your money.

Ordered an iPhone 13 which they claim is tested etc. Arrived a week later. First day phone would not work right (battery issue) had to return it to them. Next they had to test that phone to confirm it was defective so was confused as to what tests they ran before sending me it initially. Then I was told a replacement was being sent only to get an email later that day to say they had no replacement and would I pick a different phone off their website? Ridiculous all round.

Third phone has been sent back , Im getting good response via facebook however other avenues as on web site do not work and ringing just gets a little bit of attitude .Right now Im on the fence as my return has left me phoneless a little too long so will give it a couple more days then go 5 star if it works out ..
