I bought two like-new iPhone 14 Pros at excellent prices, one for my wife and one for myself. The phones were exactly as described, in like-new condition. The ordering and payment process was simple, and the delivery was swift. This is my second time purchasing iPhones from Phonebot, I highly recommend them. I almost ordered the wrong cover by mistake, but they reached out confirm, allowing me to order the correct one. Exceptional service overall.

Do not purchase from Phonebot!
I have bought 3 phones and 2 have had issues. The first one became faulty after 8 months and I thought it was a one off issue, but then the second one became faulty, to the point that is is unusable, after having it for 5 months. They took the phone back, said that there was no issue with it but as soon as we received it back again, the problem was still there. They then told us that we need to pay $200 to fix it as it is out of warranty. Their customer service is appalling and I would not recommend purchasing. From our experience it so the XS version that is a problem.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase! I bought a Samsung S23 Ultra for a price significantly lower than retail and was hoping for minimal wear or damage. Although it was just one year behind the latest model, the grade A condition exceeded my expectations. It looks and feels brand new! I couldn't be happier with this deal.

"This place has to be a joke"

This place has to be a joke - I swear on my mother's life.

Placed an order recently, which **went through successfully as the charge posted on my account**. A couple days later, Phonebot states that for "fraud" reasons, they want me to send them a screenshot of my credit card transactions and credit card numbers via email before they can dispatch my order **AFTER they have already taken my money**.

I understand the fraud issue as its pretty common among orders for tech, however, if this was the issue, my order SHOULDN'T have processed and passed the payment security checks (the backend of verifying credit card and personal details).

Whats more concerning is the fact that they had the audacity to email and ask for invasive personal information through a non-secure method of communication.

Go to OzMobiles, they do a much better job.

Update (to clarify something for all to see):

- you're welcome! I hope others can see the lack of customer service this business has when addressing customer issues publicly vs. attempting to remediate a detractor via email or phone to which I would have been more than glad to remove this negative review.
- All the more for your potential customers.

"As a former Apple "Genius", you must know the prevalence of online fraud that takes place."
- 100% I agree, however, companies like Apple have proper payment processing systems that decline transactions or place them in a pending status if it is considered fraud... which your company did not do.
- You stated that my payment was not "Verified" and "Flagged" for verification but still posted successfully to my account... Exactly, how is this fraud prevention?

"Your transaction was processed..."
- So you also acknowledge that you took my money out of my account successfully despite this transaction being "not verified" and "flagged"... sounds quite like a counterintuitive process to me and, to be honest, i'd hate to be the victim of fraud trying to purchase from this business if your systems process transactions without "verification".

"We requested you share a screenshot of the transaction you made with Phonebot showing the times/date which is available within one's online account and to confirm the last 4 digits of your card."
- Still... Never in all of my life has ANY merchant asked for such a thing to verify if it was really me making a purchase and I find it funny how you think this is still acceptable. This lacks customer privacy, especially via email which is the least secure to exchange sensitive information.
- Since this is your method of "fraud" prevention, do you know how easy it is nowadays to mock-up a fake transaction and supply you the last 4 digits of the card via email? I'd suggest remediating your fraud prevention strategies and source a better payment processing vendor.
