"Bad customer service "
The Christmas sweaters that I received were not sweaters at all but just printed T-shirts. They sent them to me about two sizes too small and I have been waiting four months for the replacement shirts. I'll be lucky if I get them by next Christmas. A couple of months ago I contacted them, they gave some lame excuse, and then they apologized and said that they would send them right out.

I really liked the design. The item was very accurately printed. The item was more of a heavy shirt tha a sweater but all and all, I was happy with this item. The fit was very good also.

"Still waiting for nothing to arrive..."
Still waiting to receive a sweater that I bought from them in good faith almost a month ago. When you contact them in regards to the status of your item, they always seem to give a weak or inaccurate answer. Never experienced a company that literally scams it's customers out of their money. How they are still in business, taking advantage of consumers is a mystery. Would not recommend waisting your capitol on this nefarious clown show. My first regret of 2025 was ordering from Hooktab.

"Got ripped off in trying to get a new size "
I'm upset and disappointed at them. Like many on here I ordered a sweater for my husband for Christmas and we didn't get it till early January. The order literally sat in NJ for weeks -_-. When we got it we realized it is too small. I asked for a new size. They said the couldn't give a refund or a new shirt in a bigger size but would give me 30% off a new purchase. Because it was a gift I gave in and got a second one. I feel dumb that I didn't complain here (publicly) first because they are giving people a size up sweater for free. Ya'lls policy should be same across board no matter how you get the complaint.

I ordered one more item from them, it arrived, but the quality leaves something to be desired.
Not a scam site, but take notice of the quality.
