"Day out with friends"

I was approached by one of the IPG representatives in a Shopping Centre. After hearing all about the exciting games zones I decided to get the tickets to use them with some friends . The whole experience from booking in to the actual day out was great. It was definitely amazing day out with friends and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I bought some paintball tickets and took 10 kids down for my son's birthday. The kids really loved the gamezones, and the field marshals were fantastic with them. My son had the best time and it was really worth the cost.
Much better than when we played with another company a couple of years ago !

Great game fields. Great objectives. Really friendly staff. The Marshals really got our group involved in the day. We only went down with a group of 6 and we joined in with another group. Initially we weren't sure how this would work out, but it was great fun.

Really great atmosphere. We will be using the remaining 14 tickets we have left over.

"It’s a scam!!"

It’s a scam!!! Absolutely a prank! We bought the tickets at the shopping center and was planned to use them in Canberra. We booked the game date and paid for the mini paint ball when we made the booking. On the day we arrived, it’s a shock, no one was there to open the door at the site. We rang the IPG management, they just appolized that no one will be there to open the door for us. Not even a phone call to us before we arrived!!! It’s just so ridiculous!!! Now we are in the process of asking refund, but no one called us back. So whoever thinking of buying the tickets, please think twice! We are not sure if we can get our money back! Very disappointed!!

I purchased some tickets from the Westfield in Shepherd's Bush and was told that we could take my work party there for Paintball. It was crackin'! Real good crew at the venue and they had the best new guns. Smoke bombs were cool and really made the day like a movie scene from Rambo. Am trying to get the football lads down before autumn.

Such a great weekend and Paintballing is the reason! Thank you to the team who showed us what could be done for my son's birthday - they really delivered. Great service, helpful call centre and the day was amazing!! Can't wait to go again!

I have seen the guys in shopping centres a number of times and decided to get more info. I’ve read some bad reviews so I thought it would be super important to really drum down into the T&Cs to be sure of what I was buying. Once you filter past the glossy pictures it’s really quite simple - through IPG you’re paying around half of what you would normally pay by going direct. The upfront costs (paid to the guy in the shopping centre and then to their booking office) covers admission, gear and 100 paintballs only. You then buy extra ammo on the day. Some people think 100 balls will be enough for the day but it’s definitely not, and the seller made that pretty clear to me. He had the prices for extra ammo on the day and was transparent about that. Do your research people - Paintball costs money but it’s bloody fun and well worth it. If you think you can enjoy a full day of entertainment for under £20 then you’re either out of touch with the cost of things these days or you’re a little too easily persuaded into things. I’ve read some of the reviews about being conned and I just don’t get it - read the terms of the tickets and it’s straightforward.

Great paintball experience through IPG - would definitely recommend. We saved some serious $$$ by booking through IPG rather than going direct through the provider, and the actual paintball experience on the day was fan-bloody-tastic! Great facilities, great equipment, great team. Will be back for sure.

This is absolutely shocking service and it's fun and kids stuff.
One thing I read into the positive reviews about this company is how short the green reviews are.Could they be fake reviews?
If you've had a great time would you write just one liners?
I would assume some staff may want to balance the numbers up .
We have been conned too and I would love to stand next to their stand with so many poor reviews.
I blame the Councils for allowing them into their shopping centres.
There are other cheaper ways you could buy if you want to paintball as you could get a much better deal.Do your homework and hang onto your money until you are absolutely sure.

"Amazing day"

Amazing day. went for a stag and we had the best day, gonna try and organize a big group to go in August.
