"It was the most memorable Birthday Ever."

I had a fantastic day with all my friend and was extremely pleased with the quality of food. The jumpsuits really added to the atmosphere, the Marchals were really kind and helpful to anything that you will need. They really added to the atmosphere. I would recomend paintballing to everyone that want a fun day out no matter if its raining or sunny.

"Scam - Mis sold"

I was told paintballs were included when they sold me the coupon.
Later on you will find that it's actually cheaper to go paintballing without any coupons and that you wasted your money.

PARTY :- MYSELF, ANOTHER PARENT, 4 x 10 YEAR OLD BOYS. (6 TOTAL).
EVENT DATE :- 5th. APRIL 2016.
WEATHER ON DATE :- SUNNY, PARTIAL CLOUD. TEMP. ABOUT 10 CELCIUS. LIGHT WIND.

I am an Engineer in the Merchant Navy and only have a limited time with my Family, last Year, (2015), barely 3 Month's at Home. So my time with my Family is very precious, priceless even.

I have read some of the other reviews, I can only speak of my experiences at this Venue in the United Kingdom.

This is the 3rd. time we have been to this Venue on every occassion we have been very well Stewarded and thoroughly enjoyed the days events.
By far the overall priority of the Marshall's is everyone's SAFETY - they are strict but very friendly and diplomatic. Being realistic; it is quite daunting for kids attending this event for the first time and small mistakes happen, (Paintball Gun Safety's left OFF, Paintball Hopper's falling off etc.), it's all part of the learning experience and the Marshall's were very patient with us.
The Event was well timed and broken down into 6 sessions / Combat scenario's with a 20 Minute Break in between. We arrived about 09:15 Hrs and departed about 17:00 Hrs, it's a full day, depending on your commitment it can be good excercise. We did 4 Sessions, stopped for 30 Minutes for Lunch then the Final 2 Sessions.
There were about 40 ~ 45 people on the day split into 2 Teams each team had it's own Marshall. The Marshall's were VERY attentive and did not miss a thing - excellent Discipline and a friendly atmosphere were established from the start between the Marshall's and the Teams and amongst individual participants - although complete strangers and a wide range of Age Groups everyone from the youngsters to us 50 Year old's soon got on. I was very impressed by the teenagers who came from Solihull - very polite, excellent attitude - they kept a good eye on the Younger Team Memebers. There was a Family from Coventry also a Large Party, (about 15 People), from Coventry.
There are probably 8 to 10 Combat Scenario's at this Site - due to the Wet Winter, (in the U.K. 2015 / 2016), and terrain, (Clay Soil), a couple of these areas cannot be used, (Heavy Mud and Surface Water), maybe some sort of Drainage could be put in in the future. (I just put this in to try and help the Marshall's / Manager in the Future).
I noticed the Head Gear / Helmets were very clean this time - clear Visors and well ventillated, (they used to Steam up easily). The Carbon Dioxide Powered Guns were very good in General - some Mechanisms did play up on the odd occassion but the Marshall's were on hand immediately. The whole Facility is very clean and well kept. Toilets Clean, Eating / Assembly area clean.
We take our own Food, Sandwiches and very importantly - DRINKS - you do Sweat. There is Food, (Pizza's etc.), and Drinks to Purchase on Site.
I do like to talk to the Manager and Marshall's - they know the Company, (IPG), very well, it's Structure, Management organisation and even the Owner - a Samoan gentleman who visits occassionally. I would say the Workforce in this Company are well motivated, generally happy with their Work and Duties and keen to ensure everyone has a great time. The on Site Teams do attend Company Seminars, events and Training courses with higher Management.

"Scam - Worst Service"

This company has shown me some of the worst service I have ever received. I first came to know of them by a kiosk at Bayshore Mall in December. I was approached by a woman selling packages for an amazing price. I proceeded to tell her that it would perfect for my fiance as he planned on paint balling for his bachelor party. I had called a few time in January and was told to wait and call back as it was off-season to book. I then emailed in February to try and get first dibs on the location for our pre-determined date, again it was mentioned that it was too early. I then called back again in March to book. I was told by a lady (who did have all my information) that they would most likely be open and that I was on the list. She said she would call me back to let me know (due to weather) if we could confirm. I never received that call, so I called back. She said that she was sorry but they still didn't know and would call me to confirm on April 6th. I made sure to confirm that SHE was going to call ME on that date to confirm. I never received that call either. So, again I called back on April 8th (Now a week before my event in which I have people from out of town coming). I was then told that the location had been open for the past three weeks and all of that Saturday was booked up. I explained my complaint then and the lady said to give her an hour and she would call me back. 4 hours later, I had to call again because I had not heard back. She said that they were booked and there was nothing she could do. So I asked to speak with a manager. She too said there was nothing she could do as it was first come first serve. I have been trying to book this since January. I was told by THEIR staff that they would call and confirm as soon as it opened. The manager then said she would contact the location and see if there was something they could switch for me. While awaiting her call I got a call from a gentleman from the company looking to book a time for us, was this the confirmation call I never received? Are there not notes on the accounts? How is it he was unaware of the previous two people I had spoken to that day. I am thinking that the staff are not very well trained. So, again I explained to him what had happened and he told me if the manager said she would call back, to await her call. She called me back another few hours later and said the location was still not answering their phone and that she would get back to me on Saturday, April 9th. It is now April 14th and guess what...no call back. I did however get an email yesterday at 7:10pm saying they tried to reach me. I have NO missed calls from this company. I have triple checked, and regardless, my fiance's bachelor party is Saturday (in two days). Why has it taken that long to respond? So, the bottom line is, this company has done nothing to help me. I am now out $180.00 which while paying for a wedding is not helpful in any way. Luckily, I called one of their competitors who accommodated me immediately upon hearing my predicament. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.This has been a big stress on me in which wasn't needed. I am not one to ever complain, but this was absolutely ridiculous.

"fantastic day ou"

I took my son and 5 of his mates paintballing with the ipg tickets , we had a great day and getting the tickets was a great help, the staff were really helpful as to booking the event, and very easy going, the ipg tickets and free paintballs were fantastic , you expect to pay for more paintballs when you get there as you can never have enough , I thought it was a great gesture from ipg for the tickets and paintballs and will defiantly be going again.

"Scam"

Got sold paintballing tickets through IPG in a supermarket they made it out to be something it wasn't they told us we had 3000 tickets included in our price at it wasn't any until the end of the game. I payed 120 pound they told me all the things like games zones was included when it wasn't as they are all around the world. It took me to threaten this company to take it further in the end just to get my money back. I had to let my children down as it would of been another 300 pound and more just for balls to last a 8 hour game. I'm so lucky I read the small print in the end and had 7 days to get my money back. I can't belive how they scam customers and make it something big when it isint and its just a money making scheme.

"Mis-sold - Beware"

Very poor, completely mis-sold on the paintballing experience you still have to pay ontop of the ticket prices which was not expained properly! the apparent free paint balls are a complete joke. i definately would not recomend this company and the other reviews for this company show this is not the 1st and probably will not be the last. My advise would be to stay clear!!

"Mid sold and ripped off"

Was pressured sold outside a supermarket wanted to speak to husband but had more stuff thrown in and told no other hidden costs. Apart from if you fancy a pizza on the day for £5. Paid £59.99. Called up to booked my son's birthday and lady wanted to secure 100 paintball per player at 9.99, I was told I could use the 2000 paintball thrown in but it turned out that was last game only . For a 7 hour day 100 balls wouldn't last so I was looking at £160 minimum. Already told my son and had to tell him we could no longer do this and requested a refund. I was told I had to write in and post tickets back within 7 days of purchase I was on day 5 so rep told me to send special delivery if I wanted a refund. I took this on the chin and paid £6.45, to remain within the terms and conditions. Bearing in mind the rep completely me sold to me with pressure and with the intention of convincing me I had nothing else to pay, I have been called today to advice I can have a refund minus a £5 administration cost. Seriously!! Said I wanted to complain . There is no complaint dept. No email. No phone number. A person less dept. Very convenient. It's been escalated on the basis that I was told not to hold my breathe as it's in the terms and conditions.. you mean the t&c's he conveniently skimmed outside sainsbury s whilst taking my card payment.. beware all one big scam will cost hundreds after or you get stung for costs anyway AWFUL !!!!!
