"Paintball mini party fantastic day"

have got great deal with IPG Paintball Group(for 20 tickets for the cost of £60 valid for a year) at Manchester The booking was smooth. I booked for the miniball party for my sibs 8th birthday the group for well looked after. Had to pay £24 for 300 balls for each other so did work out more expensive than I wanted to pay for a party but kids loved it. Great pizza lunch at very reasonable cost to be pre-booked
IPG and Delta Force are great companies- friendly and courteous staff. Thank you to you all! I still have tickets left to use for another party

The staff are very friendly and patient considering how many people come so they do a great job in getting every one kick started in the games. I loved the day out I had with my group of friends and we are 100% coming back for more fun and very good prices 👍

I have got great deal with IPG Paintball Group(for 20 tickets for the cost of £60 valid for a year) at Bluewater. The booking was smooth. I booked for 6 persons and got to use 2 tickets as the other four had not turned up. I was informed I can still use those unused tickets next time. I thought IPG is the actual paintballing company but it is actually Delta Force-much better as I have played in one of their site before! I still got eighteen(18) tickets to spend and what's more- they will be giving free tickets worth £300 and free 1000 paintballs to satisfy my trigger happy fingers on my next paintballing experience!
The £9.99 you pay per person to buy your first 100 paintball is just right.- £6.99/100 balls if you buy 1000. Paintballs are not included in the amount you paid for the rental of the site, the stuff you use like the rifle, protector and the coveralls!
IPG and Delta Force are great companies- friendly and courteous staff. Thank you to them. I hope they will keep up the good work!

""Marketing Fee" NOT "Entry Fee""

Any positive review on this company is due to the lack of understanding of the nature of IPG.
People are assuming that the place at which paintballing took place is the same company as IPG but it's not. IPG are simply marketing a product to get you to their location. They make the money from selling you the tickets as commission. Your experience with the actual paintball company is always going to be awesome unless you are hurt by the experience etc but the marketing company IPG is basically a rip off as even the booking of 100 paintballs more expensive via IPG than the site itself. Oh and your free 100 paintballs come at the final round of the day experience.

Don't deal with IPG instead deal directly with the paintball site themselves as you'll be offered a much better deal.

The Paintball company I dealt with is Delta Force and in future I will be contacting them directly instead of going through a marketing company.

The bottom line with IPG is that you're paying for a Marketing Fee not an Entry Fee.

"Impressive Service"

My dad bought 10 tickets at a local shopping centre for my birthday, and I have been impressed with the experience of dealing with IPG. The telephone operators are very professional and explain everything very clearly. I had no issues and my paintballing day was amazing. I was surprised that in addition to the tickets, I had to buy the first 100 paintballs for each person over the phone at £10 each, but the free 1000 paintballs to use at the end came in very handy! We had a great last match.

NOBODY USE THIS COMPANY BIG BIG SCAM.... TELL YOU ONE THING AND THEN GO BACK ON IT AND WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS!

They stopped us in Meadowhall and tried to sell us a deal that we got 10 free tickets if we paid £60, we did not accept this and said it was not worth it and we would use Bawtry.... we went to walk off so they threw in an extra 10 tickets and said myself and Harry could have 1000 free paintballs each.

Last week we agreed and paid a deposit to go, today they have called us to confirm numbers are now saying the 1000 free paintballs are split only if you get 10 people to go with you so everybody will get 100 free paintballs each! This is not what we was sold!

This is a big scam, they lie get you to give them money and then refuse to refund you!

We are now owed £110 from paying £60 for the 20 free tickets and 2000 paintballs and £50 deposit for 5 people.

"False, misleading & deceptive"

DIsgusted by their false, misleading and deceptive practices! Scammed my kids by failing to honour vouchers purchased as Xmas gifts. The kids paid $35 each (with vouchers) and only got 100 paintballs, as if it was a "special deal". It was a scam! Spoiled the whole experience by refusing to acknowledge us or address our complaint. NEVER, EVER deal with them!!!
