"I bought the IPG paintball promotion …"

I bought the IPG paintball promotion tickets from west quay shopping centre, Southampton. I was told that the entry will cost me 30 pounds if i contact them directly but if i buy those tickets then the entry with gear would be only 6 pounds per ticket. This was valid if i buy 10 tickets all together. The offer was so tempting that i aggred to buy 10 tickets. Then they lured me further by offering me another 10 tickets for 6 pounds each and also an additional booklet which have 10 tickets free of cost. Furthermore, they gave me 30 vouchers for 100 free paint balls. I couldnt refuse to the offer and paid 120 pounds for all. But they didnt tell me the whole truth that i can use those 100 balls only at the end of the day. Using at the end means that i have to buy 300-400 balls to survive till end. On an online chat one of their colleague confirmed me that i can use those balls in the starting but have to quit the game after that. I told him to make a booking but he said that for bookig i will receive a call. On call the other colleague refused to the offer given to me 5 mins ago. I requested for refund but they said that its been more than 14 days and we cant refund but still if you send it to head office in london you might have a fair chance. I never heard from them in a month about my refund or tickets. I have to make several calls to reach out to them. And now its been 2 months or more that i am still waiting for my tickets to arrive at my doorstep.

Bought a package from Milton Keynes shopping Centre supposely worth £30 per person which has no bullets until the last game of the day when you get 100 bullets. for 14.99 I can pay for a day and also get 100 bullets so my 30 pound ticket is a complete con thank you Milton Keynes sellar if a deals sounds too good to be true it normally is gutted as I don't normally fall for this marketing crap this review applies to IPG marketing not Delta Force which is a great day out

"Absolutely fabulous day"

Absolutely fabulous day. I bought a package for my son's 14th Birthday as he had always wanted to do paint-balling and there was a new centre just opened up not very far from where we lived. He was absolutely made up when he opened it. On the day we were treated brilliantly by all the staff and the boys had a great marshal called Matt H. Not sure he enjoyed the last game as they battered him but all the boys really enjoyed the day. Definitely worth the money. Just one thing was wrong as I hadn't been told that the free balls were for the last game but overall it was a great day and would definitely do it again.

"Best day out of the year"

Best day out of the year! A mixed group of 20 people, ranging between 12 and 60, boys and girls and everyone had the best time. The staff were helpful, well organised and good company. The facilities were clean, the guns were easy to use and the lunchtime pizzas were tasty and still hot.
Diverse areas to play a variety of games, some involved being stealthy and working together but the best games just involved running like mad and shooting as much as possible (or maybe that was just me). Even comparing bruises the day after was good fun.
Already planning our next visit for the Spring, this time with a bigger group

"Teenage party went very well."

We used IPG for my son's 13th birthday party. The team on the Banbury site that we used were very well organised, helpful and friendly. They ensured that the games we played we suitable for my son and his friends and that they were well matched. The marshalls were very safety conscious and worked har to make sure everyone had a good time.

We will certainly go back and I would recommend IPG and its sites to anyone.

"An Investigative Review of IPG"

The IPG sales approached my friends and I, offering tickets. The price was 20 tickets for 60 GBP. In addition, we received 2,000 free paintballs.

After reading some negative reviews, I decided to dig further to make sure what I sold wasn't a scam.

Here is what I uncovered;

* The 1,000 free paintballs (100 per person/per ticket) are free at the final game that occurs at the end of the 8 hours session. You are required to pay for the first 100, as a means to lock in your slot. The company will lose money if people decide to cancel last minute.


* Each 8 hour session can host about 10-12 games.


* IPG **DO NOT** have their own paint balling grounds. They are working on behalf of other companies. For example, Delta Force Paintball own the grounds but employ IPG to attract customers.


* I called Delta Force Paintball, and made the fake intention of wanting to buy tickets directly off them. They referred me to IPG, stating they offered better deals to their venues. After all, IPG is hired to attract customers.


* Your refund timer starts the moment your ticket purchase is finalised, which makes sense. A week is given.


* If you do not want your tickets, you can sell them to a friend/family member. To activate the tickets to book a slot, they just need the unique code that your sales rep writes for you.


* Tickets have an expiry of a year, however you can call to extend this by 3-6 months. Also, you can ask for longer expiry dates.


AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT FOR IPG:


* Please take American Express cards as form of payment. You have no clue how many people are walking around with them.


* Do the absolute best to clear any customer confusion. I have come across agents that try to beat around the bush.



Conclusion:


The product is not a scam. Watch Delta Force Paintball videos on YouTube. Famous personalities like YouTuber Oli White have vlogged about it.

"Fantastic day out!"

Took my partner, son and his friend to paintballing for my son's birthday. Had a fantastic day. The marshalls were great and very helpful. The boys were the youngest and they put us in great teams (which meant I was the oldest!). We went to Houston (Scotland) site, missions were great - unfortunately the weather didn't behave but it didn't matter - we were all caked in mud anyway! A month later and we're still talking about it, my son even did a talk about it at school! We plan to return in the not so distant future and bring more friends along.

"Fantastic day out for my sons birthday"

We booked a paintball party for my son who turned 11. I had some ipg tickets I had Bought from one of there sellers that were in my local high street. The booking process was really easy and hassle free. We arrived at Southampton delta force and were greeted by the marshalls who showed us around and we compleated the booking in process which again was hassle free. My son and his friends and I had a fantastic day out all the marshalls and the staff at the centre were fantastic. They all worked very hard and were very safety conscious. I would like to thank all the staff there for insuring we had a lovely day out and we will be back again in the future.

Me and 13 friends had an amazing day paintballing at Delta Force in Kirknewton with IPG. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone!
