"I definitely felt like I got a VIP treatment!"

got 20 voucher tickets from a promoter which offered a discount package. They where really friendly as I had to ring them several times in order to change the number of bookings due to the people I invited changing there minds xD. They where also helpful with clarifying how the vouchers worked and how much money I was saving by obtaining them.

Another way IPG went above and beyond is extending my valid date on the vouchers once I told them that my wife was due a baby so was unable to use them in time before the vaild date expired. They also credit my account with 500 paintballs that we had left over from our first experience since we didn't use all 20 tickets in one go!

If you are to go paintballing I'd recommend using this company as they are linked to loads of excellent paintball companies where you get special perks (for example with my vouchers) getting 100 free paintballs at the start of the day and then a top up of another 100 paintballs for the last game of the day so you can be trigger happy knowing that you will be getting a much needed top up before your last game!! plus you do feel a little bit smug when the people on the grounds announce for the IPG ticket holders to collect their free extra paintballs.

I booked with IPG and went to a Delta Force paintball ground. Both companies where amazing for value and experience.

Horrible IPG sales tactics!!
Promise of £30 tickets for amazing discount. Then find out it's cheaper to book direct. Offer of cheap paintballs but find out these are cheaper direct too.
Also looking at Trust Pilot reviews some are positive, some are negative, all positive ones relate to the Paintball centres not IPG. Most IPG reviews are very negative!

"We had my Son's 11th Birthday Party at…"

We had my Son's 11th Birthday Party at IPG in Effingham last week and I was personally overwhelmed by the exceptional Customer Service by Ricky, Leo & the manager Jimmy! My 7 year old son (who wasn't planning on playing because we thought he was too young) even played with the younger ones and had such a blast! From the moment we arrived, we were all made to feel so welcome and all the boys had the BEST time and they cannot wait to return!! Thank you so much guys!!

"A great day out"

A great day out at the Orpington Centre. My grandson and his friends had a fantastic fun filled day. They were provided with all the necessary safety equipment and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. You can order pizzas from the company but we ordered food to be delivered which was also acceptable. Tea and coffee was provided free for the onlookers, which was great. Would recommend this for fun loving outdoor people.

Our experience with Delta Force Coventry was amazing and unforgettable. Our Marshall Andy was great, nice, funny and awesome. All of us were so glad and happy after this experience , that we were talking about it with days. We also recommend it to all of our friends to just go and experience that. It is disappointing to see these reviews after I made the mistake of thinking Tescos wouldn’t allow organisations with such a shady history to sell in their store. I was also sold a package on the understanding it would be suitable for my 9 year old and that paintballs were purchased on the day. No under tens allowed with the package I purchased and £300 for paintballs had to be paid on booking. £120 spent for nothing. I sent for a refund and IPG could call twice to try to resell but can’t process the refund within 21 days (still no refund). I’ve emailed as they have suggested below. Whilst I appreciate there might be rogue sellers, my experience with head office suggests it is wider than that.

"One upset birthday boy after unethical selling tactics"

After being approached by a seller at a local supermarket I purchased a set of 20 tickets for £120. This I was told included 2000 “free” paintballs.

I explained clearly to the seller that these tickets were for my 10 year old sons birthday party and he assured me that there would be no other costs involved . Great I thought and set about phoning to book the party . I was then told on the phone that in order to book I would need to purchase 100 paintballs per person (at a cost of £200) . I was then informed that as children they would likely use about 100 paintballs per game ... I quickly did the maths and a deal that I was misled to believe would cost between £120- £200 was now going to cost me over £1000 .
Having never gone paintballing in my life I have no idea how many paintballs would be required . The sellers tactics of avoiding discussing the full costs involved at the the very least are unethical if not fraudulent.

I shall be writing to make a formal complaint and expect a full refund .

"This place is an absolute con"

My friend and I were stoped by a man in a shopping centre at an IPG paintballing stall. My friend was convinced that buying a 10 player ticket for £60 was a good deal, however I was trying to lead her away from it, and we were starting to walk off. The man then offered a 20 player ticket for the same price (seems a bit dodgy), so my friend decided to get it. It’s been about a year since and we’ve decided to finally go, making all our mates chip in £5 so my friend can get all her money back. After trying to book for the first time, we were told we had to also buy paintballs (even though we were not told this) So instead everyone agreeded to chip in £10 so we could also buy a group deal of 1000 paintballs (supposedly costing £70). Once I tried to book the paintballing for the second time, the lady on the other end demanded even more money and told me I would have to pay £170 for the first 100 paintballs for each person!! It’s absolutely ridiculous, in my opinion it’s not even worth buying the tickets in the first place, it will probably be much cheaper somewhere else.

"Edinburgh site for stag do"

Went to the Edinburgh site for my stag do. The Marshalls were brilliant, the day flowed well between well games. The weather was horrible but that didn't stop it being a great day. Plenty of variety in games and maps were excellent.

"AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!"

This company reported me for being accusatory for merely being honest about their practice of tricking me and others, as cited in other Trustpilot reviews, out of pocket (the irony). I was advised to revise my review with nicer choice of words so here goes;
Steer VERY WELL clear of this company. Soliciting for business in Tesco's as they were doing on the day I paid £60 for a 10 player package (covered uniform and all equipment but the paintballs) with them should have been warning enough for me. When I tried to book a date online as they said I could, I was told I had to do it over the phone. Reasons soon became clear as they demanded more money on the phone or I forfeit the £60. THIS IS DESPITE them saying all I needed to do was book online and pay for some paintballs on the day for a minimal fee. Couldn't claim my £60 back as I made a debit card payment and it was past the direct debit protection timescale. Angry with myself for not using a credit card. Even more angry with IPG PAINTBALL for running such a "promotion" ! Very angry with Tesco for letting such a compny operate from their premises. I would rate ZERO if I could.
