"Amazing company, amazing activity, amazing day!"

We had a wonderful day at Delta Force. The crew were amazing and friendly, they made our day! They went out of their way to accommodate us and ensure we had a great time. It is definitely a bonding experience, while you're out there shooting each other. The IPG call center workers were really very patient and understanding, they answered my every query and allowed me to keep double and triple checking the details. As I am sure you know, it is very difficult booking an activity with a large group but they were nothing but helpful and friendly. Even when we got slightly lost on the way to the center, we called up IPG and they called ahead for us to let the center know. Amazing experience, would 100% do it again, and a great company to book with.

"Do not go anywhere near this company - unethical liars"

Do not go anywhere near this company. As per many of the other reviews, I was miss-sold a party, believing I had received free paint balls and did not need to purchase any more, only to be told upon booking that I had to but 100 extra per child at £9.99 each. I specifically questioned this with the sales rep at the time of purchase and was told (verbally) that I did not need to buy any extras. Unethical liars. Do not purchase. Do not use them.

"I have complained to Citizen Advice…"

I have been sold tickets by IPG agent at Ideal home show. He sold tickets as all inclusive for Paintball and I have to only pay for food on the day. But in reality, one would need to pay 7-10 £ per person. This turns out highly expensive and everyone involved (customer service team, sales team) plays ignorant role about transaction. Company seems to be providing wrong information to customers while selling.

I have complained to Citizen Advice about non-friendly and on occasion doubtful selling practices.. You can do the same. Lets provide right feedback so that Govt can help customers

I had my 30th birthday at the southampton branch back in May, and had an absolutely brilliant day.
The Marshalls were fantastic, safe and fun at the same time. The game modes were excellent, especially the village one!!!
I would recommend ipg southampton to anyone thinking of booking a surprise for someone.

"What a day!"

What a day! First of all the staff were excellent! All incredibly helpful and informative! From the marshals to Kirsty holding down the shop at base camp! The site was brilliant, each map was different with a variety of game modes and objectives. The paintball experience itself was also brilliant! A nice mix in the teams as each group was split in half pretty much so nice to compete against friends and family! All round an awesome day out for family and friends! I will most definitely be back!

"We were missold a birthday party…"

We were missold a birthday party package at the BodyPower show. We thought we paid £120 for twenty people and 2000 balls. When i rang to book, I was told I would have to pay £9.99/child/100 balls. I was appalled and said can we have a refund. only to be told no, you had seven days to ask for one.
The manager offered us a 'discount' of £8/child/100 balls. but no refund. Not acceptable when you have spent money on a child's birthday party that he will not have now.

Booked a paintball day out for my son (age 13) and his friends (plus 2 adult males). Apart from a few minor injuries (bruises from being hit by paintballs), they all had a great day and we will be returning.

The good thing about this is that you can go with one friend or with a large group! They will put people into teams.

Food and drinks can be purchased on site or you can bring your own. Very flexible.

Any questions, go online to their website and start a web chat. They will even call you back.

I note the other comments about the cost of paintballs... the first 100 paintballs cost £9.99 per person which is stated on the back of the tickets but which the salesperson does not point out. There is also an additional 100 paintballs free per person. I paid for an extra 1000 paintballs (£69.90 plus small admin fee). So approx 300 paintballs each which lasted the whole day. You don't have to play every game... you can rest whenever you want.

"Not recommend at all"

Not recommend at all, then i bought the tickets in a shopping centre that guy tell me they have a centre in watford but when i called to book a day they said is only for children, he said i have 100 free paintballs pp at any time but you can get them only at the last game and is quite expensive everything in there.
