"Well worth it"

The day can turn out expensive like the other comments have stated but its a whole day of fun and it really is fun we have been about 6 times and would still go every weekend if we could. Definitely worth it

"Weekly email harassment a year after making 1 purchase. They ignore all requests to stop and won't leave you alone"

Only use this company if after making 1 purchase where you are told your email address is only required to verify purchase, and you then wish yo be harassed with unsolicited emails that a year on, no matter how many times you email or call them to leave you alone, they continue to harass you every good damn week often multiple times a week.

Avoid at all cost.. unless your whole life is paintball and every time you open your email you want to receive yet another pointless email.

Absolute garbage company. They failed to mention the time of the booking and when I asked for the time of the booking they had already taken the payment and wouldn't refund it even tho the timing won't work for us.

I was stopped in Meadowhall shoopping centre with my son. They tried to sell tickets , my son was so gutted when i said no that i decided to book them for his birthday at thr beginning of 2019.
When i read terms and conditions after id booked which the sales people try to explain so u dnt have to read them i came across all sorts that they didnt explain right.
So i took it upon myself to review them - taking 10 friends with my son woyld have cost me well over £800 for the 14 missions.
So i rang them to cancel and sent a letter in writing.
They told me it hsd to be sent my recorded delivery which cost me 7.30 , then i had to wait 30 days with still no refund - rang them on several occasions which has cost me money on my contract - and then i find out that they charge 5.00 admin fee.

So when i paid 60.00 i will have got back 40.00 after all charges.
THIS COMPANY IS awful !!! MAKE SURE U ARE CERTAIN AND YOU DONT MIND SPENDING A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF MONEY !!!

"Incredible Day Out"

A wonderful experience! After getting the tickets in a package deal, we couldn't wait to round up the troops and go to war! And what a war it was!
When we arrived, Jordan and Alex were very welcoming and patient going through all the instructions (especially since most of our group was newbies and completely had no idea, myself included). Games lasted roughly half an hour, with ten minutes in between for breaks to refuel paintball guns and ourselves with free tea and coffee. The games were great fun! From hiding spots behind barrels, wooden castles, bunkers and even fake tanks, there a was a battlefield for each of us. Personally, I loved hiding in the bushes and knocking out the opposition one by one but that's just me! Throughout the day you work in two teams collecting points with a final Hunger Games at the end, which is everyone for themselves... I can't say I didn't hit my boyfriend a few times :D
The Larne base was fantastic, especially the staff! It was a great day out, a laugh and we've already started planning our next trip!

"Friendly staff at paintballing location, but I feel the company is extremely misleading to take more money"

So I bought 11 tickets for £30 at a freshers fair at uni (I only had to pay for 1 ticket and got 10 free) the terms and conditions on the back are so vague meaning when I redeemed the tickets nothing was vaild as the location I chose (thetford) wasn't partaking in this event. No where on the back said this. I called up the 24 hour phone line asking how I redeem the free paintballs (100 per person) and she said I'd receive them for the end game called the hunger games- of which thetford forest doesn't even do. The woman on the phone could've explained my location doesn't offer it as I also had to make a booking online.
Also when booking online I had to pre pay for 100 balls per person which was fine, then when i arrived I also had to choose a payment option! For additional balls.
Most of the staff were lovely, however the way the tickets are sold is extremely misleading and I feel scammed

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

I attended a Paintball session in Hertfordshire Hemel Hempstead with 6 people. We presented a voucher we were given for free Paintballs but they would not honour the voucher until we stayed for half of the day. This meant buying their Paintballs at inflated prices and having to waste most of my day there. How do you keeping paint balling for 4 hours plus! In the end we just left without even getting the free Paintballs.
This is a dubious company that sells Paintballing outside supermarkets when you are in rush, but once you read their terms and conditions it is a con. You have to stay all day and you only get the free paint balls at the end. All day is just to keep you there spending more money on overpriced paint balls and goods.
Please avoid at all costs.

Bought a package for my ten year old to have a party. When it came to booking the rules had changed to over 18’s only, was advised to send tickets back for a refund. Lost money and had a very upset child and then had to find more money for alternative. Three weeks later got a letter saying they wernt going to refund me and insulting advise to sell them or give them away. Made a complaint via Facebook and also lots of other negative public posts to which I replied they approach trading standards as I was....the childish and very unprofessional responses was to block me and delete my comments! Says it’s all really doesn’t it!? Unprofessional Con artists! Avoid at all costs and visit trading standards.

"Fun Day Out"

A very good day for myself and the other participant. Games started promptly at 10:15. Our teams were divided up into groups of about ten or twelve or so. Instructions/rules were easy to follow and remember, and the teamwork/gameplay was terrific. Very much anticipating another adventure soon, hopefully with another large gathering.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS TERRIBLE. Very dubious selling practices. A company that appears to base their sales on misinformation to the potential customers. Their road sales people make you sign a general “how it works” statements whilst apparently deliberately hiding information from customers by stapling the terms of agreement in a way to make it difficult to see and certainly don’t make you sign this part. They then refer to these when you call to book! Make sure you read and sign everywhere where a signature is required to ensure you are not misold. Additionally, when you call to make a booking they demand that customers buy paint balls in order to get a booking and that this must be done via a phone transaction. They ask for your personal bank card details - and say that there is no other way to do the booking confirmation!!! Very strange and scary!
Whilst they say you are entitled to free 100 balls, these ball are only given to you at 3 pm. However, what they don’t tell you is that the games MUST start at 9:15 am and finish at 4:00 pm. They hide this information from you. To me this company seems to base their sales on deception of the innocent public. What you see is NOT what you get. Whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD details over the phone.
I have reported them to Trading Standards UK.
I stand by every word in this review.
IPG should focus on improving their customer experience if they want better reviews. Don’t complain about the customer reviews but work on your services. And you can start by listening to all the customer service telephone conversations to understand why you are rated so low. I believe you tape them.
