"Ipgvip paintball day"

We had a great family day at litchfield paintball centre, all the staff have my highest praise, while taking safety seriously, the staff made the whole experience fun, we are looking forward to a return trip , well done guy, you are a credit to your company 👍👍

"Great Paintballing Day"

This was an fantastic day. The paintballs and food/drink was reasonably priced. The playing fields were amazing (Orpington Kent) it was an action packed day. Great for family and friends to go to whatever skill level or age. The staff were one of the best parts about the day giving it 100% 24/7. And all together was just a great day.

"Mis-sold BEWARE"

After spending £180 pounds on 30 entry tickets, never at any point did the sales rep tell me that you would need to spend a minimum of £40 per person on paintballs. She also didn't tell me that the 'generous' offer of 100 free paintballs can only be used on the final game. I'm such a fool for not researching it properly or reading the small print. Please don't make the same mistake that I did.

"Great value paintball day"

I used IPG to go paintballing last month in Surrey with a group of friends. I found the staff very helpful, from booking to the actual day. I would recommend using IPG again, the price worked out to be great value for money.

"Fantastic Birthday Party - Couldn't fault them!"

I took 17 boys, all aged 13 & 14 to the Maidenhead venue. We probably picked the worst day for weather as it poured all day. However this did in no way spoil the day.

The staff at Maidenhead were fantastic, they kept the boys under control but still allowed them to enjoy themselves, safety was paramount. It was such a wet day that over lunch they allowed the boys to change into dry suits. The boys had a fantastic time and as a result are going back this weekend for someone elses party!

As for me sat in the cold waiting for the boys to finish well again the staff were great, very polite and checking whether I needed anything. There was free coffee whenever I wanted it and they even brought me a hot water bottle.

I honestly couldn't fault the experience and would definitely go back again, I might even join in myself next time. :-)

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY"

I have been totally scammed by this company and by the looks of it so have others as well. Was approached by a sales man Martin at Tesco in Glasgow who sold me the tickets. As my brothers birthday was coming up I thought it would be a good idea. He said to pay £60 on the spot and that would be all I would have to pay. Then when I went to book the tickets they told me I had to pay £100 up front!!!! TOTAL SCAM. Was not informed about the hidden costs. I also booked for a Friday and they gave me a Saturday so I had to cancel with everyone I had arranged with and nobody could make it. I ran up a £30 phone bill contacting them about a refund. I have been totally messed around by this company and £90 down. Refuse to give them my money and I will keep doing whatever I can to get my money back. Sick scummy company only care about themselves. I'm only 18 and work hard for that kind of money, as if they can't afford to give me it back. Disgusting.

"Fantastic birthday party"

My son had a wonderful party at the Westerham location. The marshals were excellent. The day was very well organised, and the call centre was very efficient and helpful too. The prices were as stated when the vouchers were bought.

"Totally fabulous day"

We had the BEST time. I took 8 11 year old boys, 2 male adults plus myself, my daughter and baby grand daughter who is 6 months old. The manager and the Marshals could not have been more helpful. The manager was very efficient in the command and control of the many teams ensuring that the games went off smoothly and in a timely manner. The Marshals were very attentive and relentlessly busy - they never seemed to stop but were ALWAYS cheerful and pleasant when persistently barraged with questions form paintballing novices such as myself. Special acknowledgement to "Stu W" and "Joe" who seemed to go out of their way to ensure that we had everthing we needed.
My only critiscm would be that as a novice, it wasnt exactly clear to me that my boys wouldnt be coming back in after the last scoring game before the hunger games event so they missed out on using some (1400) of the paintballs I had bought BUT having said that, one quick call from the manager to the centre ensured that they were credited to my account which was great as we will will definitley be coming back for more.

"Total scam - Mis sold"

Was approached in Tesco last year and paid £60 for 10 tickets with 1000 paintballs but before purchasing was told by the sales person that if only 2 of us wanted to go we could use the 1000 paintballs between us (500 each). I was then phoned numerous within the next 2-3 weeks asking if I wanted to make a booking to which I told them "when i'm ready to make a booking I will contact you". These phone calls continued so I made a complaint and to say sorry was told when me and my son are ready to go we would also have an additional 1000 between us. I was happy knowing when we booked my son and I would have 1000 paintballs + 100 which we have to buy when we book to last us each. I finally got around to booking and have now been told if only 2 of book we would only get 100 paintballs each free, I asked for a refund as that was not what I was told when purchasing but have been told that I can only have a refund if I write in within 7 days of the purchase.

"Total Scam"

Bought the tickets being sold at 80% savings. I specifically asked if I could upgrade to other packages at the location - and they said yes.

When I called to book - of course I couldn't upgrade and ticket was worthless. It ended up costing me way more than if I just paid the regular price.
