"International Paintball Group"

Myself and my partner had an incredible time paint-balling! The marshals Harry and Sam ready made the day! We will definitely be coming back soon. I recommend everyone and anyone to go!

"Loved every second!"

Had the best day out at the IPG paintball centre. Booked for 20 of us to go down one Sunday for my 22nd birthday and everyone had such a great time, one of the most jokes days I've had in a long time. The tickets were good value and we were well looked after when we got there. Our marshal Andy was a top bloke and I'll 100% be asking for him when we go back. Would definitely recommend for anyone up for an active day out diving around in the mud! (Make sure you've got some extra cash for paintballs if you're trigger happy and want grenades... Which I'd also recommend!)

"Awesome location, helpful staff and great fun!"

We went us a uni sports club (group of 20), after receiving a fantastic offer of tickets at one of IPG’s stalls on campus.

The East London, Upminster venue offered a range of games/missions with extremely helpful staff! The location was relatively easy to get to from central London though public transport, so works well if you are situated within the area and are looking for minimized travel.

The lunch could also be purchased on the venue with the prices being much cheaper than expected! The free tea/coffee stand was also great especially on a rainy day!

The staff were also flexible in terms of enabling latecomers to join in and allowing some of the first-timers to feel very comfortable with the game! The safety aspects were taken care of very smoothly and the equipment offered were of great quality.

Would definitely recommend and we look forward to going back again!

"A very Happy Birthday Paintballing!"

What a fantastic 11th birthday we all had. My daughter and 6 friends spent the day at Delta Force in Knowsley Safari Park,Liverpool. We arrived at 9am and were met by friendly and enthusiastic staff who quickly organised the children and gave them their kit. The kids loved their clothes and kit and soon were ready to play. A very comprehensive safety talk and demonstration which even the youngest understood. The games themselves were well organised and safety always top priority, without spoiling the fun. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Matthew who checked on us throughout the day. There is free tea/coffee facilities and pic nic area under cover in case it rains, which it did! The children enjoyed the paintballing so much and are still talking about it at school, saying it was the best party they've ever been to! It all ran smoothly, and everyone had a great experience. My daughter says the course was exciting and can't wait to play again. The Staff at the centre are enthusiastic and love paintballing and it rubs off on the players. We will be going again in the summer. A action packed day, something different and more interesting than the usual children's birthday parties!
They're still talking about it weeks later.

"Absolute rip off - do not buy"

One of their retailers visited our shopping centre last month and initially tried to sell me vouchers for a paintball experience for my staff - 10 for £60 including 1000 free paintball. Fortunately I didn't pay any money over but they did give me the vouchers for free in exchange we'd sort them out with free food for a week which we did. As it turns out to get the free paintballs you have to first purchase enough over-priced paintballs from them for each player to go through 6 games then you get the free paintballs at the end of the day on the last game. So for ten people when it can to booking what i was sold as an all inclusive package -they wanted a further £300 from me before we could actually go. It is a shameless scam and I'm glad I didn't pay but sadly I promised 10 staff we were going paintballing and then had to disappoint them.

"If i could give this company no stars, i would have!"

Purchased £160 worth of paint balling for a staff do, sorry i did. Tried to book the site of which we were told was open, after giving our dates. But low and behold the venue is shut,we were given an alternative venue 1hr 30 mins away!!!!!!

Asked for a number for head office to complain to, however the manager in the booking office simply stated she did not have one?!?! laughable

She gave me an address to apply for a refund, however when questioned she said it would take 21 days to get my money back, yet it takes 5 minutes to take the money?!?

One piece of advice. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY, COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM!

"Not Worth the Paper It's Written On"

Absolute rubbish. Misleading and the price on the ticket? What a joke! You can get better deals going to the paintball vendor themselves.

"Just No! Just No! Just No! Con! Con! Con! Scum of the earth sales tactics, look at the reviews they prey on the elderly, children (target prey), and my case mentally handicapped children to get sales."

**Contact the shopping Centre/Supermarket customer services department where the scam/fake selling took place. Turns out when you alert them of the type of tactics employed by IPG in their sales sphere, they have no idea and promise to do something** "Stop it happening to someone else".

The disgusted shopping centre we spoke to regarding our dealing with IPG, pass the sales area where IPG operate onto a company called Space and People (a respectable company who pride themselves on having a world wide footfall of 70m customers per day). They don't want to associate with the likes IPG. Where you were scammed will most probably operate in the same/similar way. What I am saying is.....a simple bit of digging and investigation, a few phone calls to explain the circumstances to the relevant people and you could contribute to stopping this mis-selling to anyone else. If everybody who has been ripped of spent a few hours getting EVEN! rather than upset.... cowboy companies like IPG could not operate dodgy sales scams.

Will Keep it short, its just a con! you don't get what you have been sold, READ THE SMALL PRINT before you go, if you have already paid and realise this, cut your losses and go with someone else (NON IPG). Happy paint balling. I am not going to waste time writing in detail a poor review, because I have spent enough time trying to get my money back off em.

I also plan to go to the point of sale and question why? Eastern European GI JOE felt the need to use my OBVIOUSLY! SEVERELY! AUTISTIC 15 year son as a bargaining tool, while flogging my wife £61.99 worth of completely worthless paint ball vouchers.

Also everyone who works for them sound foreign, which makes communicating with them ten times more frustrating. Given that the only reason I was communicating with them in the first place is because I have just wasted my hard earned cash on worthless Paintball Vouchers. You kind off end up with a weird situation of "do they not understand my point because of the language barrier/Singing off the bull s**t company hymn sheet that they are obviously indoctrinated with"

The positive feed back is clearly fake. Plus the online feedback to negative reviews is a joke! After speaking to this company on the phone it became quite clear to me very quickly that they were fully aware of the con voucher sales system they operate and they could not care less about the mugs that buy them.

Look at it this way if you will, most comments are either 5 star (super awesome day etc) or one star (absolute rip off scam, regret buying etc etc). After first hand experience with IPG I know which set of comments being genuine i would bet on. I have also been paint balling at decent places in the past and they are more than up front about what its likely to cost you.

WARNING! - DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT WILL LIE TO MENTALLY DISABLED CHILDREN TO FLOG THEIR PARENTS WORTHLESS PAINT BALL VOUCHERS.

P.S I did intend keeping this short when I started but just kept adding, its my first time ever review, hope it makes sense.

"Rude Conduct, scammed by the people they employ"

I was hoping to invite all my mates to paintballing for my birthday about 20 of us and bought one of the most expensive bundles of 40 tickets with 4 thousand free paintballs. I asked many questions such as are there any other payments on top of the price of 40 tickets and can we use the 4000 bullets anywhere during the day to which they lied about to scam us into buying this, the deal I got was great although paying £10 on top of all of the tickets for the first is too much for a huge group of people so I propose a deal that I am willing to pay £2 for the first 100 bullets for each person and that I can use the free bullets anywhere in the day and not just the hunger games. If this deal isn't available I will be selling 10 tickets for £10 each, 20 tickets for £7.50 each and 40 tickets for £5 each, a much cheaper price than £30 on their website. Email me on dalvinder_18@hotmail .co.uk for the purchase or if ipg care about the people they scammed.
