"Excellent days paintballing"

Excellent days paintballing. We were met in the car park upon arrival and looked after all day. Very well organised and efficient with plenty of paint ball action for everyone in our party, 30 of us went ages ranging from 12 to adult and we are all going again soon using ipg!

"Mates Birthday Bash - AWESOME!"

I bought my tickets for my mate's birthday at a local shopping centre. The man that sold them was very informative but I was sceptical as I have never been paintballing before. I must say the venue, the staff (marshals) and the day did not disappoint. Amazing fun and we had some great memories. I would definitely do it again!

"Best birthday party to date!"

Bought IPG tickets for my sons 12th birthday from an IPG seller who was set up outside the Tesco in Nottingham about a month ago and went and played last Sunday at the Kegworth field and he had the best birthday he's had to date!
I was skeptical buying the tickets on the spot as it's not something I like to do normally, and also i had heard that the paintballs could be quite expensive, but Kerry, the IPG salesman ran me through everything I needed to know and explained how many paintballs I would more than likely need to buy and even through in 100 free balls each for the big game at the end of the day!! (my son and his friends loved the terminator!) As an added bonus I actually ended up buying less paintballs than I had budgeted for!
The field was amazing and the staff on site where incredible, so good with the kids and made it a birthday they would never forget! Also the free tea and coffee was a nice touch!

All in all a great experience from start to finish!

Really an amazing gift I got over Christmas fro. The guys at my local mall. We booked in for 15 of us and the lady on the phone was really helpful. We played at Delta Cobham and it was amazing. Thanks IPG

"Sons 9th Birthday"

Booked my sons 9th birthday party mini paint ball. From booking through to the end of the day was brilliant. On booking the party was given very clear instructions and information about what was needed.
On arrival, a very busy Saturday, we were welcomed by the staff and taken to get the boys kitted out ready for battle. The instructors and staff on site were great and really engaged well with all the kids.
Great facilities at the site too. Will definitely enjoy going back A*

"Banbury and Bicester lads on top"

We have used IPG paintball in Banbury twice. They provided exactly what we needed for a fun, active, non-stop and safe day aided by enthusiastic staff. The pizza went down well with all.The games were well structured so you had a blast whether winning or losing. We will be booking again.

"Appalling"

Was pressured into buying tickets on my dinner time. I was stupid enough to give in because I already had discussed going paint balling earlier in the week.

Later that night I found negative feedback about IPG so decided to pursue a refund which I was told would be accessible if I changed my mind.
I sent off the required documentation within the cool down period and after 20 days I still have no refund. I was told a refund would arrive within 21 days so there is still a tiny bit of hope but I am overall appalled at the sales team who use pressure tactics, followed but management trying to pressure you further when asking for a refund, to the complete lack of transparency of where my money is.

Spoke with an IPG representative on Chippenham High Street and I'm glad that I did!
Buying the tickets was easy and it was good to know that I had taken the first steps to sorting my son's birthday treat. Got a great deal and true to his word booking the actual day was easy too. Organised a full day out at North Bristol (Thornbury) and the communication was great - I knew exactly what I had to do and the day went entirely according to plan. We took a packed lunch but there was a option for hot food. There was free tea and coffee after every game.
The staff were great - sufficiently direct as to ensure safety and give you confidence in their organisation, but friendly and approachable if you had any questions.
We played for the entire day, I was the organiser for a party and buying paint balls, paint grenades, smoke grenades and 'flash bangs' was easy (the later wasn't essential but highly recommended).
The games were varied and well staged. Game duration was good and breaks well balanced in time (long enough to discuss your skills and tactics but not too long as to leave you waiting).
The three boys (one of which, me, 46 years old) had the best of days. Haven't had a day out as fun as this in years and will be going again soon - can't wait.
There really weren't any negatives. My only advice being "more paint = more fun".

I bought a group ticket from ipg sellers, whilst out shopping. I bought these due to my husbands upcoming birthday. Right from the start, buying, booking and experiencing, it was 100% brilliant! Everyone ipg staff member we met, or spoke with, were very polite and informative. We simply cannot wait to go again. We would recommend this to all friends and family. All group members from our team who went, all said how much of a fantastic day out it was. Even he spectators were more than looked after. We used the romsey, Southampton venue. The team are absolutely brilliant.. cannot recommend them enough! Well done guys :D

If you're looking for an amazing time with your friends paintballing, IPG is the best place to book it with, with lots of accessible locations to choose from and excellent, well mannered and well trained staff I couldn't fault them at all for anything. My experience at Delta Force in Gerrards Cross was absolutely phenomenal and I am looking forward to coming back again this summer for more action.
