1 star is 1 too many. Do not be fooled into buying this as a gift from a vendor.
I was out doing my food shopping with my two small children and ipg had convieniently placed a stall right out the front of the supermarket.
Their sales staff are good as he immediately targetted me and kept saying how cute my children were. Once i said thankyou and was polite enough to ask what they were doing he sunk the hooks in and proceeded to sell me coupons for a full day of painball. He neglected to mention that this full day did not include any paintballs! I bought this as a present for my husband under the pretence that it would be a really cost effective, fun day but was very surprised when i was told it was going to cost us at least $25 per person for 100 paintballs!!
Also, when i bought the coupons i was told that lunch would be provided and if we booked for 30 people we would have the field to ourselves. When i mentioned this to the booking lady she kindly said we could pay $200 dollars extra to have the field and we could bring our own lunch and even a cake! She was so generous in offering us a table to sit on.(sarcasm)
All in all i am very embarrassed but mostly angry. I stood at this stupid stall for nearly an hour going over and over this deal as i was sure it was too good to be true, when i told the guy i would call my husband he bullied me into making the purchase right away. He threatened me with a time limit and preyed on the fact i had two small children and was time poor.
In my life, i have never come across such outright theft! I will be getting my money back. This company should be ashamed of the way they get their money.

"Rip off"

Totally disgusted, was.not told full details on buying the package for my son and ten of his friends for his birthday , £60 sounded reasonable but in fact after the days 12 games would have cost another £1100 and that's with the basic 100 rounds per game per child , we cannot afford that so we had to cancel . Am in process of trying for a refund , if not I will find where they have there stall and will stand there telling potential customers it's a scam , DO NOT BUY !!

guy sells my partner 2 tickets for our kids Christmas
, at £30 each, which includes free entry and 1000 free paintballs. She thought great - a day of paintball for the kids for only £30 each.......

No no no no no!!!!

Free paintballs only available for the very last game of the day, so we need to pay minimum of £10 for 100 paintballs per child per game. Now there are 12 games. So thats a minimum spend of £240 for the day JUST for two kids.

Complete rip off scam merchants!!!!

"DO NOT buy the packages"

DO NOT buy the packages. They are thefts and absolutely disgusting in ripping people off. I bought a 30 people package for my son's birthday in July 2016 in a mall in Christchurch, New Zealand, called them in Dec to book my son's birthday on Jan 9th. We showed up with 20 kids on my son's birthday in the centre in Christchurch and they were closed. There was another team who were there as well to play against us and they made a booking as well. but the centre was closed. We called the customer service and they said there is nothing the can do to help us. I send their packages back to them via mail and It is 4/05/2017 and I am still trying to get my refund back. It is so stressful calling them every day and getting the same response. We can not return your tickets since it's past 10 days of original purchase. Do yourself a favour DO NOT Deal with these lying thieves.

"Great day out!"

Had a great day out with my son and his friends.
After the first game my son had been shot on the finger and didn't want to play in the second match.
When I asked for an ice pack, the staff at the centre assisted in the necessary first aid.
The centre manager also let my son use a pair of padded gloves for the remainder of the day so that he could continue enjoying the day - fantastic customer service.

Was sold tickets by a very nice guy. I was going to organise a bday party for my 13 year old and he convinced me that this would be a saving. Paid £60 for 10 tickets that claimed to usually cost £30 each! I read all the small print. BUT when I went to book I can see that costs per child are normally 14.99 for 100 balls, 24.99 for 300 and 34.99 for 500. My so called saving works out as 15.99 for 100, 29.97 for 300 and 37.95 for 500. I am actually paying more not less!! The only way I can see this is of value is if the children stay for the very last session (hunger games) and get 1000 free balls- but I am not sure if they will stay that long or if that session will get cancelled as the website warns may happen.

I am wondering about sending them back for a refund but everyone else on line who has tried that has never managed to get one and as I paid cash and I was told that the tickets are the receipt I am not sure that they will be accepted.

Hoping that others read this. It does not cost £30 to enter as these vouchers claim and they provide you with no saving. I am actually surprised that they are legal. I have a QC in the family and will be taking some legal advice especially on the wording of "£30 on line value" that each ticket has. Shocking.

"What a great day!!"

What a great day, we took our son and 4 friends here for his 9th birthday (Cardiff branch) They had an amazing time the marshalls that looked after them (Leah and Connor) were great with the kids. I couldn't recommend this place enough lots of running around in the dirt great for a group of 9yr olds and adults too.

"An Absolute Scam"

So when you buy a "Day Experience" gift for someone for £100 you expect that you can call up and book in and get what you paid for. No this is not the case, they will happily take your £100 gift pack money but will not allow you to even book the day that you have paid for unless you pay £9.99 per person for paintballs and then £9.99 again per person if you run out (which im guessing happens pretty quickly). Paintballs are not included and this is how they get you. They even include a misleading "Free 1000 paintballs voucher" to make you think it is all inclusive, it isn't, this is also a scam ou dont get any free paintballs until the end of the day and only if you have paid for all the paintballs you have used up to that point. Make sure you read all the fine print when purchasing because these guys are scam artists and you will quickly be paying far more than the ticket price or you wont be redeeming your tickets at all.

"Fantastic day out"

Booking the paintball day was smooth and the staff were very friendly and professional. When we arrived at the venue the team there were extremely helpful, and made my son's birthday party into a great success. The teams were carefully chosen and managed, and the paint ballers had a brilliant day despite the rain. Our host was even so kind as to provide hot water bottles to keep the spectators warm for the afternoon! I would recommend this company without hesitation after the personal and professional manner with which they treated us.
