The International Paintball Group

"Scam company with fake SALE pricing"
Scam company selling tickets "on sale" for 9.99 at malls and supposedly these are normally 35 pounds. Not true, the sale is always on and there are never any 35 pound tickets. Fake pricing. It is also a bait-and-switch operation, they bait you into buying a ticket and when you show up they tell you there are more costs involved. Apparently the 'ticket' is just to lure you there. This company should be shut down.

"International Paintball Group is pure…"
International Paintball Group is pure fraud. They took the money and won't deliver the service, and won't refund the money. They claim the "terms and conditions" don't obligate them to provide the service they are selling. Pure fraud.

"I bought tickets from this organization…"
I bought tickets from this organization in Calgary, Alberta. Alberta is open for business, but the International Paintball Group ipgca.com (aka paintballbookingoffice.com) does not and cannot provide the service, and never did the provide the service. Nor will they refund the money it received for a service it does not provide. Isn't that "fraud"?

"Bought 2 Packages before the 1st…"
Bought 2 Packages before the 1st lockdown. Sent emails over the past few months and no reply on when we can go...
Asked if there was a refund available and don't think I will get an answer...
Stay clear folk's.......

"No association with the locations"
They're not associated with any of the locations they advertise. The tickets are useless and they're greedy. When you try to book, they charge you through their own portal, and your booking isn't really made. How are they still able to open physical popup shops around the country?

"SCAM Company"
Bought 40 tickets from a salesman in a shopping center - "these are my last ones then we can go home" - thought it was dodgy when they were still there selling to over people half an hour later! When it came to booking we found that we have to pay an extra £10 per person = £400 to use them all, complete scam, don't buy from them.

"Complete Scam - intentionally misleading"
Complete scam - fooled me with pressure selling at my uni campus and what turns out to be ILLEGAL selling & marketing practices. Really upsetting and a lot of money to lose as a student. You should be ashamed.

"SCAM. NEVER BUY FROM IPG."
NEVER buy from this company. Not only was I LIED to by their kiosk staff, was treated RUDELY by their Melbourne Dingley staff after I found out that I was lied to and was forced to Literally empty my bank account to $0 because I didn't want to ruin the birthday party I arranged, HUMILIATED because I had roped in family & friends to fork over way more money than I said they needed to after we drove over an hour to the location but maybe worst of all was their customer service.
They kept using Covid19 as an excuse of why they were evading my calls this 2020, I only received emails offering me discounts which I already made clear I didn't want. They only contacted me now (not long after my tickets have expired) to tell me IPG refuses to give me a refund. Even saying that since I have no proof that their staff lied to me, everything I've claimed is merely "hearsay"... When considering all these complaints on this site and every other site goes to show just exactly what kind of company they are. I wish their staff who are simply trying to get by can find a better job at a better company and that the rude, greedy people running IPG get what they deserve so they can stop robbing people of money.

"Not a great experience from this company"
Not a great experience from the event and even worse from the company's customer services!!!
I was really shocked at the absence of covid compliant measures at Cobham in October. The booking staff were friendly and informative and advised that our party of 9 would be separated between games. Not ideal but understandable. However, we were not separated and in fact were back to back with many other players under the shelters during breaks and before and after the games started. There was no checking of temperatures as participants entered the location and no mention of distancing at all during the time we were there. We wanted to participate as we had originally booked this event for earlier in the year and I am all for supporting businesses and keeping people at work. But... actually this was not good.
In addition to that staff shouted a lot at participants including some children. Completely unnecessary in most cases. Many staff were not at all friendly and totally lacked the enthusiasm required to make this a fun activity.
Also, it is sooo expensive. Participants are captives once inside. No paint balls no games. No indication was given, despite me asking previously as to how many paint balls each player may need. Our party agreed at the end of the day that as a bare minimum you need 600 balls for 3 games of 2 halves each. Paintballs are £9.99 for 100 / £79.00 for 1000 or £139 for 2000. They don't advertise these prices on their website. And I was advised that I needed to pay £10 per person at the time of booking which would provide 100 paintballs each. It would have been more honest for them to give more detailed information regarding the quantity required from the outset.
Trying to get to talk to a manager from customer services is impossible. I've been trying for 3 weeks. Quite frankly it's rude, unprofessional and bad for their brand!
One final point - not a game for anyone under 10 or for fragile adults - it can hurt.
