"Liars"
Liars, liars, liars ... Don't buy. Absolutely worst mistake of my life. Well I learnt my lesson...

"beware"
Sold one thing at the shopping centre to be told I couldn’t have what I was sold when I called to book. Requested refund if I couldn’t have what was sold but refused. Do not trust

"Great fun."
Great fun. I was a bit nervous to begin with as it was for an 11 year olds birthday party but it was really good fun in the end. I would recommend you bring gloves though as crawling through the undergrowth can be tough on little hands. The children all said it was "the best party ever" and (once I've saved up) I would like to take them again. As far as value for money goes - yes it was quite expensive, but everything is these days. Maybe next time I'd restrict it to 10 children rather than the 15 that we ended-up taking. Lunch is available - but the IPG salesperson (Jake) was kind enough to recommend we brought sandwiches and a cake ourselves (which you're allowed to do) and this saved us quite a bit. All in all, great fun and a really good day out.

"Wish I never bought tickets from the…"
Wish I never bought tickets from the IPG seller.. Was lured into buying it, and was told I'd not have to shell out anymore money (unless requiring more ammo) but looks like this is not the case reading other reviews. It looks like cancellation with refund is only possible within 14 days and it requires you to 1, pay a fee and 2, pay to send the physical vouchers to their HQ..
I will never deal with IPG or any location related to them in the future. And will just assume my money a loss... Way to ruin paintball for me.
Edit: Replied to their reply on this review to the email provided, been nearly a month and not heard back. Good one.

"I paid for 20 tickets for my sons 11th …"
I paid for 20 tickets for my sons 11th birthday party . I was told a new centre had opened near me and I would get 100 ball free with each ticket to use at first . Then I could purchase more if they wanted to keep playing . So I was clearly told I did not need to spend any more money if I didn't want to . When I phoned to book it was told I had to buy 100 balls first another £10 each before they started and also the venue was not near me . So my sons friends cannot get there and I cannot afford to pay out anymore . So my son cannot have a party now and I have wasted £60 . So very disappointed .I think you should be much clearer and honest when selling your tickets especially when it's for a child's party

"Liars and false advertising!"
I requested a refund within the 14 day period due to the present I bought was no longer of use as the person fell ill. I am currently still waiting for a refund nearly three weeks after sending the tickets back to which the company responded to not have received and are refusing my refund. Leaving me £70 down and no tickets. Absolute shambles!

"Avoid! Read the reviews before booking. Staff on sales stalls lie about the deals."
Edit:
I've just changed my rating to 1 star. IPG replied to this review and asked me to email them. I've done that twice and haven't had a reply in 3 months. They just want to be seen to care about issues but presumably just delete the emails. It is a total scam.
I've just seen that one of their employees has put a 5 star review on this site
2 stars because in the end I had a great day, but another classic case of mis-selling at the point of sale.
I was told by staff I bought from in a stall at Leeds that when I bought the package I would have 10 tickets, which came with 100 paint balls each and I'd have nothing more to pay other than any additional ammo. I repeated back to them what my understanding of this was and it was confirmed all I had to pay was £80 for the package, meaning my friends joining in would purchase their own ammo.
When I called to confirm the booking, I was asked for another £100 as they wanted £9.99 up front for 100 extra paint balls for everybody, meaning I'd shelled out £180 despite being assured the cost was £80. When I complained, it was indeed listed in the terms and conditions - but why are the sales reps lying about this at the point of sale?
Onto the day, the food was poor and extremely over priced. £4 for a an IKEA type hot dog in a bun half its size.
Basic gloves not even provided, despite being told that full protection was provided at point of sale.
I also paid for upgraded guns, which were terrible for the first half of the day as they hadn't been oiled. This meant for most of the first 3 games, anybody with there types spent half their time trying to get them to work as every other shot didn't fire a ball.
One of the games was cancelled as most of the other team ran out of ammo, effectively punishing my own team who had bought the correct supplies. Why couldn't the group have just been split into two even teams of 8 v 8 or similar?
I still have another 10 tickets left to use, so I'm expecting a big improvement in the experience next time.
My big gripe is the blatant mis selling at the stalls put up around the country and the lies told by the staff on them. When I complained when making the booking I asked for an email address so I could send in my views, which I was promised I would be sent, but unsurprisingly it never arrived.
Edit: was also told at point of sale the average person uses 200-400 paintballs during the day and that the were 12 games. On arrival we were told there were 6 games and we were likely to need at least 600 paintballs each..

"Don't believe their promises"
We were bought tickets as a gift, by a relative who thought they were paying for us to have a great day.
The people selling the tickets had insisted that the price included everything for a great day out and all we needed to pay for on the day was our food and drink.
Complete and utter lies just to make a sale.
I am not even sure what the money we paid upfront was for, as it certainly does not seem to get you anything.

"Dodgy"
Dodgy - send unsolicited text messages and change the sending number despite attempts to block them. If that's how they handle personal data of someone they don't know just imagine what they'll do to yours if you do business with them!

"pay to win"
We went with my friends just to have a fun day
Pro : multiple areas to play at, and fun and diverse game styles. Staff was nice and helpfull
Contra : It`s a pay to win marketing pull. You buy the basic package. and as soon as you arrive they tell you to rent the better paintball gun, as the one you get in the package is not nearly as good. After playing the game you can definitely see the difference. We got obliterated buy those who had better guns.
Also protection is not sufficient. Definitely not against the big guns. But don`t worry, you can rent better vests and armored gloves.
All in all i suggest go with a smaller company that doesn`t have micro transactions, and don`t allow for "money buys advantage" marketing politics
