"So not happy"
So not happy, I too have fallen for the big sale at a show. I said I’m a single parent and are you sure that the deal was all what was needed to pay out, I was told yes. It’s all done, no more money required. The salesman was drunk as he’d been at the country show all day, but his mate seems to back him up, no T and C’s were shown and I even asked for them. They gave me 2000 free bullets with the booking and was told that would be enough. When I’ve come to book little did I realise it was an all day booking, bullets can’t be used until the afternoon game. And I now need to pay £214 to book!!
What! Oh I cannot ask for a refund as it’s past 14 days! I believed everything they said, I even said that’s a too good an offer but told yes it was! It’s an amazing deal! Yes for a two hour game! Not an all days bank rolling money maker. Kids are so disappointed! BBC Watch Dog should get involved I think, I feel totally scammed!

"PLAY ATTENTION"
So, I work for IPG myself and it really surprises me what people say on this , it is just ridiculous !!
We tell you all the details about the day out.
Obviously you've got to buy your paintballs when you go play ( everywhere in the world) and there is a 10 £/25$ pp pre-payment for the first 100 ( sorry if we want to make sure you turn up after you book)
People book after months and completely forget what we have said to them ( expecting a full day out shooting
unlimited PB with the £7/9$ pp they've paid)
What you'll spend on paintballs on the day is out of our control ( if you pull the trigger for no rrason) so don't blame us.
What else can we do to make these things clear?
Judge us on the service you get on the day, it is a brilliant day out !!
Have fun !!

"MISSOLD a package by a bunch of SCAMMERS!"
I purchased 30 tickets from a sales person in the INTU Mall in Watford on 1/9/19. We were clear we were interested in the tickets for our 7 yr old sons birthday party. We specifically asked for covered locations (which seller confirmed they had and our need to set up a play area on location for siblings to join as they can or don't want to play) we asked if there was a segregated kids area for parties. Seller confirmed our requirements to be possible. Turns out we were totally MISSOLD.
I requested a refund of the full amount on the and have since the 15th been in contact with the call centre 4 times ( that means form early September to middle of October!!., Shocking) with every time the same lame excuse. We have escalated your request to IPG and awaiting feedback. I have spoken to 4 customer service reps, which I am not allowed to mention by name here because IPG gets nervous!,
They will not provide a number to IPG and keep telling me to wait for a refund. Shocking service. And to make things worse the can't tell me when I will get a reply. that state the escalation process is around 2 weeks. It's now over 1 month. Avoid this organisation like the plague. They are unreliable and sell you lies. Over and above I finally speak to a customer service manager after this two month ordeal and she bluntly states that the 14 day refund has expired and I don't get any refund. And that whilst I raised this concern as soon as we visited the location and realised we were miss old.
A status update to above complaint:
To make things worse prior speaking , i.e. right before the CS manager, to one of her cst service consultants I was told my refund was still in process with the accounting department and needed to get their response. The same 'line' I was hearing for 1 month.
This organisation needs to be reported to the BBC watchdog. They are FRAUDS that don't even let you talk directly/contact to/with IPG. And no information is available online to track these people down.
PS I was also told I had to eliminate the names as per the trustpilot policy as IPG had complained to trustpilot. Can you imagine: with my complaint their issue is me mentioning first names and not the seriousness of my complaint.........

"I have 10 tickets which I want a refund…"
I have 10 tickets which I want a refund on and still have 10 days of the refund left, I have sent an email to cancellations@ipgvip. to send me a forum of cancellation so I can send the tickets to the office. However I haven’t received any email or anything from them...

"Had purchased tickets at on street sale…"
Had purchased tickets at on street sale branch.
I Was told I had two weeks to request a refund if needed. Within those two weeks I requested a refund by email and sent away my tickets to the office. Within a week of IPG getting the tickets a full refund was completed. Overall was pleased with the process and had a very pleasant customer service experience.

"scammers"
Selling these packages in the middle of shopping centres should be illegal. My seven year old was waved down by one of the sales team asking him when his birthday is and would he like to go paintball. I was sold this £300 day for a bargain £70 and my son was so excited he could invite TWENTY friends. On the later when I called to book I was told I was to pay 9.95 per person for balls, so hold on a minute, £270 in total so what they’re saying is your saying £30. The guy in the shopping centre was so desperate for us to buy this he kept saying you have 1000 free balls no need to buy more 🤔
We have cut the friends down to 10 instead of breaking my sons heart. But we live in a poor area and I’m assuming we are not the only ones stupid enough to buy their package 🙈 beware

"Don't trust their sales team, no customer care"
If you come across their sales team, don't bother to stop. They oversold us their products, with false promises, resulting into us spending way more than budget.
And then despite of booking in advance for the birthday party of my son, asking for low impact guns as they were 10-11 year old age group, when we reached there we were told that it was not possible.
Everyone was given high impact guns, which resulted into very painful shots (balls are fired at the speed of 100 mph) and many of the kids ended up crying, leaving the game half way through.
Other annoying issue with the centre was that mixing up our team with a number of adults who were strangers to us. I was hoping that we would be treated as a separate group, but again I was wrong ... ! Mixing of such a vast age group did NOT go well.
Overall, instead of a fun birthday party, this rather became a very stressful, painful and expensive party, most of the credit goes to this organisation.
Only good thing I would say about this arrangement that the coordinators at the centre were very good and the guys tried their best to help us and keep the kids engaged. But still all these other issues ruined the fun.
Overall I will NEVER recommend IPG to anyone.
And by the way, I have seen responses from IPG to some other reviews and hence sent an email as a complaint on 1st Oct. No one has yet bothered to reply back !!!

"They obviously only care about money"
They obviously only care about money. I changed my mind ONE day after their 14 day "cool-off" policy and could not get a refund.

"Sales person repeatedly lied to get his…"
Sales person repeatedly lied to get his sale. If they tell you that it's the last day they have the sale, they're lying. Saw the same salesperson with his stand a few miles from where I was ripped off a few days later. If they tell you that the paintballs are not included but inexpensive, with a day out costing less than £20 per person, they're lying to you. In reality it costs much more (around double). They are not giving you a deal, most of the money comes from buying the paintballs themselves which you'll need a lot of (even if used sparingly) throughout your day out. I think what gets me, isn't the actual cost of the paintballing, but that they try and trick you into believing that it's cheaper than it really is. If IPG really wants to grow and get repeat customers, they need to be more honest. It's quite evident that many people are being put off paintballing by this company.
